On a few videos where he talks about the metal in a bra "focussing" the RF into the breast, in one sentence he says that it "absorbs" microwaves, and in the next he says it reflects microwaves. Any good physics/RF student would know that metal reflects RF. This set alarm bells ringing, so I tried to look up the place he claims to have worked at and theres no such place. During the 50s and 60s the main place for military electromagnetics R&D was RSRE, that later became DERA and now he private company Qinetiq. He's not an electromagnetics expert at all. All he does is recite the work of others.
Anyway, for a Faraday cage to work, the dimension of the largest aperture or perferation must be at least 1/4 of a wavelength at the lowest frequency that you want screening.
