I find it interesting that Bible like story's (Tower of Babel, confounded languages, snake people a garden of Eden scenario) are believable, as long as it comes from another source other than the Bible. In the stories you have presented here, there are dozens of famous TV and movie plots, amongst this information. Spider woman/man and Ant man, even an old favorite Bird man gets a run, it's comforting to know that someone is on our side in this fight.

It has to be correct information if someone from the CIA confirms it. I am sorry if I sound skeptical of these peoples research, perhaps it's because a lot of the so called exhibits (ape like humanoids) in the Smithsonian Institute are total fabrications.

One will endure ridicule if you follow a single entity or book and then positively state that The Answer Is model.

My take on the reptilian angle is controlled opposition to intuition, and as you say any ideology is merely Information or Data like it always has been, then we have to ask ourselves where and when did this information begin, well, I can honestly say it began when mankind began to be able to think deeply about his situation and what eventually gave him an advantage over and  against nature herself, remember the bible story clearly tells us that nature was here long before mankind was, if you use the Hebrew time line of Eons not years.

That said, it was when mans brains developed as a childs does after birth, the brain is the last organ to continue growing in size after it has passed through the "Birth Canal or Vesicus", it has to be this way for its survival, any good medical student or midwife learns this after delivering babies the hard way, and the largest brains/babies heads are more than not done by caeser-ean, due to abnormal developement in the womb especially if they are long overdue.
