Yes, looking back on history, the Nazis banned Jews in 1938 from ‘acquiring, possessing, and carrying firearms and ammunition, as well as truncheons or stabbing weapons’.

If say the US authorities decided to disarm Americans in the same way, the question posed might be 'why this is so after the Jews’ experience with the Nazis?'

Also, the Soviet and Chinese tyrannies did the same to their peoples before embarking upon mass slaughter. Illegal gun ownership under Stalin carried the death sentence and the population was at the mercy of a man who did not even acknowledge the word’s existence. Tens of millions were murdered or starved to death.

Tyrants always seek to disarm the target population before they move in for their final takeover. Looking, for example
at the actions and behaviour of the police in the US in recent times, who can tell what the future may hold.

An un-armed population is less likely to fight back in the US.
Not that they stand a chance against the might of the over the top armed police and homeland security but if armed they would certainly put up more of a fight if or should I say when it does kick off in the States.
I totally get what Richie is saying in his piece and of course it is far too early to know anything other than what has been reported, however, previous coverage of mass shootings have been
picked apart so it is inevitable that scepticism is there straight away.
I don't know who the person is that Richie is referring to and it is madness to jump to conclusions but the fact that the shooter is still alive, at the moment anyway, is a different narrative to most of the other mass shootings.
Time will tell I suppose.

as always Richie I love your level headed approach to the "truth" The only comment I would like to make about these shootings. why mental health is not the focus. Its a scary world out there. with a lot of demonic forces effecting mental health. All your guests shine light on the darkness and make it a better brighter world filled with hope. Thank you

I look at the US prophets and ask myself, why do they feel the need to start expressing opinions on events before facts are known?

The answer I suspect is monetisation of You Tube videos. It is a huge incentive for someone who can't get work, and resorts to YT for an income, to start making videos that make ridiculous claims based on misrepresented facts. There are thousands of them on there, 99% are full of no evidence of anything, presenting co-incidence as fact, and building a whole fantasy around something that doesn't exist. The worrying thing is that the comments section then fills up with comments completely swallowing the fantasy, and demanding this that and the other. Some comments even develop into a self perpetuating fantasy with contributions from all and sundry, and inevitably the religious Jihadists seize their chance and start posting bible quotes that are beyond irrelevant. It's a rolling snowball that picks up a life of its own.

I didn’t realise they gained financially from it!
Trouble is I judge everyone by my own standards ...
Ultimately all these ‘shootings’ and terror attacks and negative need is designed to be followed by the media & sensationalised to cause maximum distress, fear, emotion regardless of how/why it was done!
