COMPANY 1: ARENA LEISURE LTD.
The company's current and former non-executive directors include:
- JAMES REUBEN & STEPHANE NAHUM (both appointed in 2012)
The Reubens are friends with Nat Rothschild. James Reuben is also friends with George Osborne's brother Theo, with whom he holidayed while George was at Nat Rothschild's Corfu villa with Lord Mandelson. James Reuben has previously made a private donation of £25,000 to Boris Johnson, on whose London mayoral campaign he worked.
Stephane Nahum works for James Reueben at Reuben Brothers.
- LORD MICHAEL HOWARD (appointed May 2012, resigned April 2013)
The former leader of the Conservative party. Lord Howard also sat alongside James Reuben & Stephane Nahum on the board of a related company, Arena Racing Corp Ltd.
- ANDREW PARKER BOWLES (appointed 1999, resigned 2012)
Andrew was married to Camilla Parker Bowles, who was close friends with Dolphin Square paedo party supplier Derek Laud - the pair holidayed together in Italy. Camilla's second husband, Prince Charles, was close to Jimmy Savile.
A horse racing enthusiast, Andrew Parker Bowles was previously (1997-1999) involved with the British Horseracing Authority Limited, whose current non-executive directors include former Metropolitan Police commissioner Sir Paul Stephenson. Similarly, Andrew was previously (1994-1999) involved with the Epsom Grand Stand Association Ltd and the Racecourse Holdings Trust Ltd (as was Sir Evelyn de Rothschild in an earlier period).
- SIR FRED PONTIN (appointed 1991, resigned 1995)
The late founder of Pontins holiday camps. Pontin had a holiday camp on the child abuse island of Jersey. "In fact Billy Butlin accepted an invitation from Pontin to join the board of directors at his Jersey camp."
- DAVID JAMES COULTER CUNNINGHAM (appointed March 1993, resigned November 1993)
"Stockbroker" David Cunningham resides at, or has previously lived at, 904 Hood House, Dolphin Square.
Cunningham was also director of another company - Alpine Soft Drinks Ltd - with a man named Brian Phipps.
A man named "Phipps" or "Fipps" [sic] took part in a Dolphin Square paedophile party in 1992, according to a whistleblower quoted by Scallywag.

The company's current and former non-executive directors include:
- DAVID JAMES COULTER CUNNINGHAM (appointed July 1993, resigned November 1993)
David Cunningham has lived at 904 Hood House, Dolphin Square, and was previously involved with the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (RNVR) Officers' Association.
Cunningham was also director of another company - Arena Leisure Ltd (see above).
- BRIAN WILLIAM PHIPPS (appointed June 1994, resigned April 1995)
Brian Phipps and Carolyne Phipps share an address in Chipping Norton, the small town associated with the likes of Matthew Freud and Elisabeth Murdoch, the Oppenheimers, and the Bamfords (Alice Bamford is good friends with Ghislaine Maxwell and is linked to Stowe School).

A whisleblower implicates someone called 'Ian Fipps' (sic), who MIGHT in fact be Brian Phipps:
