The British government is filled with legal people, Starmer is a barrister for example. We are ruled by these people and their system of fining everyone and anyone for breaking rules that THEY create! Firstly anything "legal" does not apply to you! I am not a freeman of the land or anything like that, i have been on a learning path by my own experience and i know that not paying fines, not paying their council tax or attending their courts is our right! they can only act against you if you comply and consent.
