My teen didn't go to school last week at all but went Monday and Tuesday this week but Tuesday had a meltdown, we engaged a councilor which seems promising, also spoke to GP and they sent a lot of links to explore, concerned that come Monday when we have to Inform School teen will not be coming back for the forseeable future that they might try get us prosicuted, have spent a few hours searching and can not find any advice that appears to be on our side ? anyone here able to offer knowledge / advice on current UK law regarding this ! maybe someone been in or is in similiar predicament ?
