Russia Today is Britain tomorrow, it is not a future that we fear, it is a past we are already living, then take a look at who actually owns RT, does anyone know?, and then see who actually owns Russia and it will suprise those who think RT was enabling any new freedoms for anyone.
Freedoms normally come when the majority can protect two things, "Firstly we work together or not for a common need, and "Secondly can we truly protect those who recipricate and the things they create, last time I looked we are no longer creators but masticators of anothers cheap labour, not a pretty sight for those at either end of the spectrum is it, one strugling to survive and the other to afford to live comfortably.
If we don't do this then we cannot possibly go forward as a society, because if we are living our lives on the backs of the less fortunate and what they can produce for next to nothing we will also remain poorer, and the longer this model runs the worse things are going to become, simply look about us for the answers.
One can talk about what has just happened until the cows come home, but if we can show how we can rectify any miss-givings then the tides might turn eventually, its what my Grandfather used to say to us when we were small, "Don;t tell me, show me", how to catch fish for myself, this is what I have been sharing with the world for over ten years now, and society now walks in shoes made in childrens eyes, soon it will be our own children making those shoes, in the factories who advertise, Factory workers needed, no experience needed training will be given by robots.
And we are worried about an outfit called RT.

I live in Maine, USA. My parents are Fox News junkies. My parents think Trump can do no wrong, even though, I insist Trump is a mere weapon of mass distraction. RT to me here in USA is a breath of fresh air. Even though I suspect "Russia today" could be pushing Russia propaganda, I feel that what they are presenting to be accurate. The good news is that I believe people here in the US are waking up to the dishonest practices of MSM and their ratings are falling. "The truth is like a lion set it free it will defend itself".

i used to watch them regularly on yt, then stopped. unfortunately, they copy too many msm tropes in terms of delivery by the presenters.
however, they're a slight notch above msm. far more inline with actual mainstream opinion, so they're nowhere near as obviously propagandistic, (which i suppose could be viewed as sad).
banning them is ridiculous though. just... unjustifiable. it's all just part of the hate russia & censor everyone except ourselves campaigns.

It has not been pulled yet but I am sure it will be soon once the MSM have ramped up a bit more hysteria
