I came across this recent video pertaining to what look like foreign bodies found in dead patients who are purported to have had the covid jab and when embalmed are forced out of the veins as the treatment was administered.
This is pure dissinformation, and I will explain why in some detail.
What the white structures are, are old varicose veins that have been removed by Ligation, as a former military medic I have seen this being done in theatre.

Here is the operation being administered, these are the smaller veins being removed, the longer veins are done using a slightly different technique but they are the same white structures that are removed.

This video was taken by a doctor on a 40 year old vaccinated athlete - see all the Graphene sheets of nano material that have invaded the heart. It is caused by myocarditis (blood clots in the heart).

The title is missleading when it says "see the nano particles", these would need an scanning microscope even to view them being on the nano scale.
Secondly, what I think you are looking at here is possibly an autopsy of what you cannot really tell, or a made up scene for training purposes.
In a surgical setting the cavity in open heart surgery would not be flooded with liquids like this, everything is controlled during open heart surgery.

Myocarditis is the inflamation of the heart muscle as in Myo meaning muscle, blood clotts can occur in a series of blood vessles and a different scenario.
The three layers of the heart are,
Epicardium or outer layer
Myocardium or muscle
Endocardium of inner surface which is in contact with the blood flow.
In several cases involving younger and more commonly older patients they need a pace maker fitted, this is again another area of the heart that involves the firing of the heart muscle via a series of areas called the SA and AV nodes, the firing mechanism basically.
When many report says Myocarditis this involves the heart muscle itself and or the blood flow to keep it healthy, this is a very complicated subject that cannot be fathomed by viewing very ambiguous videos..
