both julian assange and barrett brown were tweeting about this news. anyone who's been following anonymous and/or wikileaks all along knows who he was.
i was very surprised to see people leaving nice comments about him and acting as though no one should speak ill of the dead - or at least not immediately. not even people directly harmed by their actions. what bullshit.
articles were vague about cause of death, but he was an informant for years and also apparently had addiction issues.
