This guy if full of it, If you do a search for Tesla in DuckDuckGo the first link it gives you what you have just searched for, Tesla.
He also skips from one subject to another before you have your head around the initial subject, he then swaps back again, this is called predictive programming.
He also says red snow is not normal, if you do a search for this phenomenon you will find it is cyclical and has happened on a regular basis, I remember two such episodes in my own life time where desert sand has landed in the UK.

There might be some nonsense on the video, however this doesn’t rule out some sort of weather manipulation such as the HAARP project. There’s definitely something fishy or unexplained going on.
Also, it’s been pretty damn cold for this time of year, don’t you think?

This year spring is a tad later and wet as it was two years ago, yet the birds and wildlife take opportunty when the climate is right, in mid Feb I saw midges flying and I took a sample of pond water and checked it for contents and the midge larve was already in situ waiting for the better weather.
We are waiting for something to happen but not preparing for the inevitable which many know is coming but not when, nature watches us and smiles from ear to ear.
