The guy in the video is himself using the Pavlovian control mechanism and is broadcasting pure conjecture as all of the myth creators within religion did eons ago.
The supposed weapon he is trying to explain that disassociate atoms within steel to dust is a magical as his own ideology called jesus.
Normally you say a prayer at the end of a lecture but here he does one at the beginning of his theories as any good shepherd would.
What he might have shared is how to help those who want to help themselves break free of the programming he is under, prayers do not work as he is trying to portray actions always speak louder than words or prayers.

The ideas behind this report was eons old and going over old rhetoric yet is exactly what the few want to keep in the minds eye, it is in of itself part of the Pavlovian technique of perpetual fear arousal and confusion.
As we are we are not really in a lockdown, it is basically more of a test to see who will comply, if it were a true kerfew the streets and roads would be complete devoid of activity, this we do not see fully.
If they can manage to keep this going until the colder darker night beckon then you will see a whole different scenario.
I have talked to several older members of our community here and the result is mixed, one old girl says she is going to stay inside until she is told to do different, others still go out with their dogs and drive, the rest are still clapping like sealions.
The Pavlovian models is still alive and well.
