‘Spars’ pandemic ‘simulation’ in 2017 is being mirrored by current events
Everything in the SPARS PANDEMIC PAPER 2025-2028 is happening.It was an exercise hosted by John Hopkins University in 2017. It was a ‘futuristic scenario’ using a Coronavirus as the example.It’s centred around a pandemic and mass testing/vaccination programme. We seem to be following the exact timeline. They carried out various surveys ‘ 2010 Pew Research’ which looked at how people found out information. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or via internet and what platforms they used.They name it as a CORONAVIRUS. They use the scenario that symptoms are:
Mild flu
Pneumonia/Flu
Extended Incubation period ( 7-10 days)
Short Latent period
Asymptomatic 6 days
Characteristics associated past pandemics eg: H1N1
Communication Dilemmas
Grid outages
Difficulties in getting vaccine distributed. The document goes onto describe month by month developments and restrictions. You can see where we are in the timeline and where it’s heading.Mass REGULAR testing will be the next step. Sports halls, stadiums and health hubs will be popping up in the High Streets as we previously spoke of in the great reset of NHS. The hubs will be in towns and cities easy transport links. We won’t be allowed in anywhere unless the tests are negative, if it is positive we will have to isolate for 10days, track n trace.
Testing is VERY important and as U.K. high density and we aspire to be the greatest global science superpower (ARPA) we the U.K. population become the lab rats under the global microscope. I’m sure Porton Down will be involved soon.
It appears 2020 is the biggest scientific clinical trial EVER in mankind. They have ALL age groups, cultures, race, creed, backgrounds around the globe. Data is being harvested in massive quantity. Different therapeutics are being used and a variety of smaller clinical trials taking place in tandem. Psychological intervention, non touch torture continues to increase.
The Government have a Behavioural Interventions Team who have been busy working alongside WHO, Government, SAGE. It’s one big psyop.

Nightingale hospitals are still lying empty despite the rising coronavirus cases and fears over a new highly-infectious mutant strain.
East London’s ExCeL centre – the first site opened by NHS England amid the crisis, is seen practically deserted in pictures taken today. The site would be the largest intensive care unit in Europe if fully operational, capable of providing up to 500 intensive care beds, reports have claimed.
The venue is just one of England’s nightingale hospitals lying in wait to be fully utilised, along with a site in Manchester, open for ‘non-Covid’ care, and sites in Exeter and Harrogate open for ‘specialist diagnostics’.
It has been suggested the hospitals are largely deserted, despite Boris Johnson‘s dramatic decision to plunge a third of those in England under tough Tier 4 measures from Sunday.
In the first wave of the pandemic, seven Nightingale hospitals were built at a cost of £220million, but the NHS was largely able to cope so only two were used, with around 200 people treated. There has been speculation that the Nightingales could be used as centres to provide vaccinations.

I have contacted You before about Your fantastic and splendid show on Gaia. What I’d like to tell You this time is about the Coronavirus Hoax.
As I have been in the past a medical laboratory technologist, I have used these PCR and Antigen tests quite frequently.
What I wanted to tell you is that here in Finland everyone who is about to be sent to a hospital ward from the ER, is tested for influenza viruses (A, B, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, abbreviated as RSV) – and of course these days for the so-called coronavirus.
Before this “virus spread out everywhere from China”, now that is also a compulsory test for those before they are admitted to a hospital ward.
As I have done these tests (mariPOC-analyzer) for antigens and (GeneExpert [cepheid]) for Influenzas. There have been over years those who will test positive for coronavirus (antigen), their specimen has been saved in the fridge for possible further analysis (which have never reached the daylight, by the way).
I am very well aware how the reverse-PCR-test works, and I coincided with You that this is a false flag.
In Finland, we are currently run by a “leftist” government, and therefore there are no mandatory means as to use the mask or to follow “safety 1,5 metres” – but, of course, they are “extremely highly recommended”.
What I recall in my past, is that the earlier “pandemic” of swine flu was all too well propagated through the media, and then our country bought those under-tested vaccines, and thereafter it was pressured that everyone should have the shot.
The very memorable quote by the chief and overseeing general practitioner (of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare) said that everyone should take the vaccine, and those who refuse, “don’t care about other people’s health and will continue to spread the virus, especially to the elderly”.
When – a couple weeks from the “highly recommended vaccines” were injected, – there was an unbelievable number cases of the very rare auto-immune disease called Narcolepsy. Apparently nobody took responsibility of that, and those people (mostly children at the age of diagnosis) will have to live with that condition, and the state will pay the bills for their ailment, because the Big Pharma had (by a special treaty) no obligation to do that, as the under-developed vaccine “was safe and effective for everyone”, according to mainstream sources.
I wanted to tell You this specifically because now we have a brand-new “safe and well-tolerated and effective” vaccine, and the Big Pharma is not responsible (by specific condition on a top-secret paper) to pay the fairs should anyone, who has taken the vaccine, have serious auto-immune diseases or anything else.
I listen to several podcasts on Your site, as well as on the Ickonic.com. The quality is so much better than the mainstream media, which has “journalists”, which will continually stop and halt what their quest is actually saying.
I would like to ask You to do a profound research about Finland, and how those spider-networks are working in here. This is simply because I have no idea, and our country is so small and with a current population of 5,5 million denyzens. Is the Spider only concerned with the more influential and popular countries – or are they simply waiting for us in here to gradually fall into their “new world order”?

A total of 388 people under 60-years-old with no pre-existing health conditions have died of coronavirus in hospitals in England, NHS data has shown. The figures show that 1,979 people who tested positive for coronavirus between April 2 and December 23 died in England’s hospitals, despite being previously healthy. Of those, 338 were aged between 40 and 59, 44 were between 20 and 39 and six were under 19-years-old. In the same period, 45,770 people with underlying health conditions died, with 2,926 aged between 40 and 59, and 263 aged between 20 and 39.
Between December 6 and Boxing Day a further 301 people who had tested positive for coronavirus died in hospitals in England and Wales.
This brings the number of confirmed deaths in hospitals to 48,542, NHS England said on Sunday. All patients, aged between 30 and 103, had underlying health conditions except for five who were between the ages of 36 and 85. Responding to the NHS data, former Brexit MEP Claire Fox said that although the deaths are ‘tragic’ the numbers show the virus is not a ‘mortal threat for all’. She tweeted: ‘Only 377 people under 60 without preexisting conditions have died of COVID in Eng. Tragic but when I’ve stated this as fact, often disbelieved. ‘Such is fear, people think far more, that virus mortal threat for all. IMO restrictions on ALL can mean less focus on those most at risk.’

Giant Study Disproves Myth Of Asymptomatic COVID Spread
A new study on asymptomatic transmission of COVID not only proves it doesn’t happen it proves the panic promoted by the political class was meant to control the populations.
In complete contradiction to the popular narrative used by Democrat politicians and governors across the United States, a new study of 10 million people in Wuhan, China – ground zero for the COVID virus, showed that asymptomatic spread of COVID does not occur, nullifying all reasoning for business closures and lockdowns.
The study, published in the November issue of the peer-reviewed scientific journal Nature Communications, studied 9,899,828 residents of Wuhan, screening them between May 14, 2020 and June 1, 2020. The results provided clear evidence as to the possibility of any asymptomatic transmission of the virus.
The study was compiled by 19 scientists from the Huazhong University of Science & Technology in Wuhan, and highly respected scientific institutions in the UK and Australia.
Titled Post-lockdown SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening in nearly 10 million residents of Wuhan, China, the study thoroughly debunked the concept of asymptomatic transmission.
Out of the nearly 10 million people in the study, results revealed “300 asymptomatic cases” were found. Utilizing contact tracing, of those 300, not a single case of COVID-19 were detected in any of them.
“A total of 1,174 close contacts of the asymptomatic positive cases were traced, and they all tested negative for the COVID-19,” the study concluded.
Both the asymptomatic patients and their contacts were placed in isolation for a period of no less than two weeks and the results remained the same. “None of detected positive cases or their close contacts became symptomatic or newly confirmed with COVID-19 during the isolation period,” the study found.

Flu almost non-existent this year as coronavirus cases rise across Canada -
Fears of a “twindemic” have not materialized this year, with hardly any cases of the flu in Canada this season, while COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the country.
Testing for the flu has been significantly higher than in past years. From Dec. 6 to 12, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) tallied 14,113 tests, twice the average for this week over the past six seasons. Just 0.02 per cent of tests were positive, compared with an average 16.8 per cent over the previous six years.
