Aluminium is the perfect conductor when its kept away from oxygen, it is one of the most abundant substances upon on the planet, it is everywhere, the over exposure to it is why older people have trouble thinking or connecting properly as the signals in the brain missfire, however, if these particles are able to conjoin in certain ways inside the brain they could act as a sedative to bring full cognivity into a slower state, like we see in altzheimers disease, dis-ease.
But if the elite do have this technology then to prevent its use all you need to do is turn that kind of technology off.
Who ever has their fingers on the switch will rule its as simple as that, turn on tech turn out our lights/thoughts.

I live in Cork City up high where we can see the planes taking off and landing at Cork Airport and there is never any trail to speak of from them. On Friday and yesterday for the first time here in Cork I saw really thick chemtrails criss-crossing the sky but they were not made by a plane which either landed or took off from Cork Airport but one that was clearly there just for the purpose. I want to find out which the appropriate ministry is and contact them to find out what exactly these are. Be interesting to see what they say.

My guess is that you will hit a "brick wall" trying to get any info out of them.
I live quite close to Heathrow and similar to you, I don't see the heavy chemtrails that you see on some of the videos. I don't think they spray the areas around major airports so much due to air traffic etc.
But good luck on finding out any info, it will be interesting what you find out

A few samples of jet fuel would go a long way to finding out what is in it.

Well today there were 3 planes spraying for over 6 hours. Even finding out where to get the information from is not proving easy. I talked to a couple of neighbours about it and they said they didn’t believe that the government would be spraying anything harmful. Sigh! Getting most people to realise what is really happening in our world is really difficult.

Have you checked on radarbox24.com when you see the aircraft to identify them , or windy.com to check atmospheric conditions at their particular altitude ? There's been a few Sentry and tanker aircraft up over the last week both of these types will patrol a prescribed path for hours at a time coordinating exercises or refueling operations often leaving vapour trails depending on conditions .

Interestingly the general says he initially got his info from D Wiggingtons website after noticing "chemtrails" and also thinks it should all remain classified if it's to be used as a weapon any way .
Many videos and writings seem to refuse to acknowledge that atmospheric conditions could affect the vapour from aircraft and the sheer volume of traffic now present, and intersecting airways may cause the sky to become blanketed as a result of this volume .

Morgellons is a disease possibly related to Lyme, they are now saying.
Funny that, I have plucked hairs from my own head, examined them under a USB microscope, and found these fibres. They will be wrapped around the hair, about 1/10th of the diameter, and they are spindly with a characteristic bacterial shape. I have morgellons. And I never had Lyme. Never went to a tropical country. Something fishy is up!
