• They are based in another pocket reality and worked closely with the Montauk project in this reality along with Monarch, Mobius, and Umbrella.
  
• These members are usually hybrids and cross breeds.
  
• They are implicated in utilising trauma based mind control, time travel, and consciousness experiments which caused the deaths of over 100,000 children in time travel experiments in the Montauk Project.

• Fictionalised in the Fringe TV show and cortexiphan experiments.
  
• Works closely with Monarch and Mobius, but smaller and based in the UK.
  
• Due to ongoing operations cannot mention much more about them.
  
• Parklands shooter Nicholas Cruz was being loaded up with cortexiphan, shape shifted into a super soldier with a lion face with weapons which popped out of skin. MIB erased memories and erased cameras of the event.

• They do have feelings and a soul but it’s not like a human soul.

• They have also sent androids back in time to present day planet Earth to a facility underneath Detroit which now represent 33% of the population.
  
• Cyber life is run by the android Kara.

• They also work closely in tandem with Monarch and Elon Musk to create a neuralink technology allowing your brain to telepathically communicate with AI.

• It also enhances brainwaves so they are more easily entrained by Monarch.
  
• This might explain who Elon Musk works for.

• They are tasked as the R&D division of the Department of Defense. They seek to apply emerging technologies to help better equip the US Armed Forces.
  
• DARPA a is considered the bottom of the barrel of the planetary corporations because they would get the old outdated technology scraps from other planetary corporations.
  
• Congress throws them about $3.4 billion each year but most of their money $20T+ off the books, is made through subcontracting to all the really bad planetary corporations like Monarch, Mobius, and Umbrella as well as Cabal groups some of which do not have humanities best interest in mind.

• Originated in a parallel reality in which the Nazis won World War II.
  
• Kruger was founded by Gabriel Kruger as a Nazi military and weapons contractor.
  
• Works closely with Mars Defense Force on Mars and has a facility on the Moon.
  
• Considered to be more positive of the factions and upper management is ready to release military records to Kruger Vets when ET disclosure is publicly announced.
