YouTube Has Informed Me That It Will Soon Delete The Richie Allen Show Channel.
#41
Good evening all. Richie mentioned that he received a strike under the Harassment and Bullying guidelines, which I have pulled for you to view here.

https://support.google.com/youtube/answe...1&hl=en-GB

Quote:Harassment and cyberbullying
We want you to use YouTube without fear of being subjected to malicious harassment. In cases where harassment crosses the line into a malicious attack, it can be reported and the content will be removed. In other cases, users may be mildly annoying or petty and should simply be ignored.
Harassment may include:
  • Abusive videos, comments and messages
  • Revealing someone's personal information, including sensitive personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, passport numbers or bank account numbers
  • Maliciously recording someone without their consent
  • Deliberately posting content in order to humiliate someone
  • Making hurtful and negative comments/videos about another person
  • Unwanted sexualisation, which encompasses sexual harassment or sexual bullying in any form
  • Incitement to harass other users or creators

Looking at these and knowing the show, the only thing I can possibly imagine them picking him out for would be the occasional jibe he has at a PM/President/Politician (All the p's), at a stretch.

I'm afraid to me it feels very much like they are looking for any excuse to penalise people like Richie who give voices to alternate viewpoints, something which we all knew would come as the last 15 years have seen an increasing monopolisation of the internet.

It is a very sad thing, when a show which promotes open debate, a show which does not silence views is itself silenced. Although I would like to see the show return to YouTube, or LiveLeak etc, this never the less serves as a reminder that alternate viewpoints are under attack. I hope that YouTube will respond with full details of why they have pulled the channel, but I wont hold my breath on that one...

Never the less, the show must go on - a blow like this might slow us down, but it wont stop us altogether. Richie has his own studio, he has Podomatic, Spotify, Itunes all number of other platforms available. So the battle goes on.

Richie,
You are the reason my kids have warm dinners! I devote my time to family life, but come 5 O'Clock I whip out the pots, pans, and peelers. The kids know to scram when they hear "Broadcasting the information the mainstream media won't touch..." In fact, they know that's when dinner prep begins.
Your show brings so many interesting voices into my kitchen as I peel spuds and prepare veg.
I'm so glad I found your website, but it is a huge shame that your listenership has been so greatly limited.
Wishing you and Caroline the very best,
Joline

This blows beets. I've gotten into the habit of listening to Richie every day on YouTube and have and couple of others interested in his content. Obviously YouTube, being a Google holding, is just another extension of America's surveillance state.

I'll give it a couple of weeks to see if youtube reinstate your channel richie, if not, then i'll be binning youtube for something else (not sure what yet).

Anyway, keep up the good work richie, don't let the bastards grind you down.

There is a channel by YouTube user Allen Richie which contains quite a few of Richie’s interviews.

Richie I'm devastated by this and by the broader implications for the future of free speech. I'm totally depressed!!!

it's very obviously not about 'bullying and harassment'. if so, a lot of channels and commenters would have been gone years ago. all these big companies ONLY enforce their TOS selectively and politically, like twitter supposedly removing bots yet every time i go on their site i spend half an hour reporting porn spam and 'news' bot spam.

this made me so angry the other day. sorry it happened to you, richie.

I was pleased to hear you aren't down about it Richie and I have long agreed with you that the removal of channels like yours is inevitable given the deep state control of Alphabet inc and all its dominion.

However, while I completely understand your reservations about not uploading to alternative platforms because they don't have the reach, I would like to draw your attention to a couple of things.

I suggest Bitchute in particular ( https://www.bitchute.com/ ) is worth further consideration. It is based upon a browser embedded form of the blockchain. A bit like open source torrenting among users nodes. This makes it harder to be censored, short of closing it down (which is of course a possibility.)

If we are going to look for solutions and retain access to the free sharing of information then I suggests such platforms will be vital. The only way to stop the corralling of people into easily controllable corporate spaces is to break the monopoly they enjoy. Something which I know you are keenly aware of.

Therefore I hope you will reconsider your decision not to use alternative video sharing platforms like Bitchute. I know it doesn't serve your immediate purposes but I believe it could well be valuable for you in the future.

If you were to use it as you used Youtube it would mean you would be a very big fish in a currently small pond. If people like yourself start using Bitchute it will increase its already rapid growth rate. The audience will develop as other reputable channels switch over. You could be at the forefront of a real revolution in the way we all consume content and be instrumental in breaking the Alphabet / Facebook cartel. This would have tremendous value for all of us and would potentially lend even greater value to your brand.

Just a though mate. Keep up the excellent work.
