The first thing you learn when you go to school is how to spell. Words are spelled to create a sentence of terms. Think of a jail sentence or a prison term. The Wyrd sisters in Greek mythology were Fates or witches who controlled the fates of man. In our language we use curse words and cursive writing. We cuss and dis-cuss. Words have meaning and (are) mean things especially cross words. They can be used to make a point. We use a "con" verse to converse in order to keep us off course in our dis-course as a phrase frays. We use catch words. A story is a spiel or a spell. It is all part of the gospel of the Godspell or God's spell. Books contain chapters. What is a chapter? A chapter is a secret society or religious order, like the Knights Templar. A chapter contains many pages. What is a page? A page is an understudy and in service to the queen and king, as in pages and squires, a knight who is well versed in magic and is more or less a soldier or trained assassin. To page someone is to summons them. Pages summon demons to enslave or imprison our souls. After all, a page does contain many sentences. A jail sentence is served in a prison ward. And indeed a sentence is created by words that are spelled out by using letters. A letter is someone who allows something to happen or someone who does something for some one else, like a bloodletter.

A Hi Andrea … A Summons from a Magistrates Court and a local council is an arrangement between the two parties. It has no standing in UK Law, unless it has been rubber-stamped by a High Court judge, which is highly unlikely. Clerk of The Court does not count. This is confirmed by Lord Halsbury. Hence the fact that a ‘Summons’ relies on your voluntary compliance to accept their invitation. You could put the Clerk of The Court, the judge and the local council on notice for such a fraudulent piece of paperwork. One possible way would be to get the judge’s and Clerk of The Courts names and then write to the Lord Chancellor Robert Buckland QC that you want their oaths, their idemnity insurance numbers and you want them arrested for treason to the Queen. Remember, the reason the paperwork is called a “Summons” is because they’re attempting to communicate with the dead - that is, your legal personality/strawman, who only exists on paper... and the entire event is described as a ‘Hearing’ because the court is based on ecclesiastic principles. They’re asking you to come in and tell them your story - come in to see the “priest” (judge), and “confess” to your “wrongdoing”, and they will administer a suitable act of penance upon you, and certify your “forgiveness” - usually through fiat currency. They want you to be the accused, accuser and witness to your own demise. Knowing this, how you choose to deal with it, is your own personal choice. Personally I’d be asking for a Court de Jure (trial by jury) which is my birthright. Very unlikely to happen as they know their so called “court summons” is fake and it will expose the fraud. Combining these points I’ve raised in a 3 letter process should help. I have a few template/guide notices that you can make your own and use to send to the court if you wish. PM me if needed ?

Can also be used as bundle if necessary for court; • Bills of exchange 1882 • Stamp act 1981: the stamps you add to the bill/check makes sure that document is owned by you and they cant take control of it . Add a stamp on the back too incase they try to play with it. • Consumer credit act section 123: under section 5: shows this section does not apply where the regulator agreement is non commercial : so we are not subject to it: we are not not liable !!!! • Rights of entry under the gas and electricity boards act 1954 ; they use this for a criminal entry for taking us to a magistrates court for a criminal matter (warrant of entry) based under health and safety but it is actually a civil matter (monetary dispute to put a pay as u go meter in to make you pay or debt issue to pay when you are not liable to pay in the first place: the court would be committing fraud if they issue the warrant they should only issue it based on health and safety • Gas act 1996 again health and safety issue they are applying under : point is there is no monetary dispute in these acts • Top it off with the fraud act 2006 tells them our intentions are?! • Contempt of court by Arch Bold which is through lord Diplock : shows no one can make a claim without proving it.

Andy Barlow Legal and Lawful The legal name game is one of the greatest “con games” ever invented. The controllers use the legal name to trick you into (unknowingly) consenting to give away your natural rights, to government. Once you do this, everything that you purchase or acquire under that legal name legally belongs to the government. In other words, your car, your house, and anything that you have purchased or owned using your legal name is legally the property of government. The good news is that they did not do this lawfully and therefore, they have no lawful standing. So, if you want to learn how to defend your rights effectively, you first need to understand the differences between the words legal and lawful. Lawful or Legal? The following definitions are quoted from A Dictionary of Law 1893: “Lawful. In accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law. “Lawful” properly implies a thing conformable to or enjoined by law; “Legal”, a thing in the form or after the manner of law or binding by law. A writ or warrant issuing from any court, under colour of law, is a “legal” process however defective. See legal.” “Legal. Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding, the exposition, the administration, the science and the practice of law: as, the legal profession, legal advice; legal blanks, newspaper. Implied or imputed in law. Opposed to actual.” In the natural hierarchy, something that is lawful is above something that is legal. If something is legal, it does not necessary mean that it is lawful. Lawful is more about natural rights and legal is more about rights (privileges) given by man or the government. “Legal” looks more to the letter [form/appearance], and “Lawful” to the spirit [substance/content], of the law. “Legal” is [a] more appropriate [word] for conformity to positive rules of law; “Lawful” for accord with ethical principle… A legal process can be defective in law.” [source] The Birth Certificate Trap The government document that is used to forge your name and trick you into giving up your natural rights, is the birth certificate, which is actually a bond and a contract. This is why your birth certificate is traded on the stock market. The birth certificate is your first commercial contract with the State, and your entry into their vampiric game called the debt-based commerce system. Some spiritual teachers have said that the legal name is the “mark of the beast”. In my opinion, the “mark of the beast” can mean a few different things — all associated with a mark of spiritual slavery. The legal name is just one of them.
