How do you deal with the terrifying realities of what is revealed and discussed on the show? 

As someone who, according to modern medicine anyway, suffers from depression and anxiety, I feel especially vulnerable to the intense discussions and topics covered.

After the interview with Dr. Barrie Trower re. 5G this week, I had a moment of tearful dread that literally stopped me in my tracks. Max Igan's discussion of the same topic in the new year also shook me to my core. I was particularly affected by Matt Landman on geoengineering and Dr. Rima Laibow on vaccines in recent shows too.

I am amazed how Richie can deal in such uninhibited detail about the likes of satanic ritual abuse, forced adoption, de-population etc. etc. week after week and remain so admirably resolute and positive overall. I'm not being sarcastic or cheap here but I can't understand how he plans to start a family, as he has mentioned to us on air, knowing what he does about what's out there and what's around the corner for all of us.  I can't relate to that fortitude. 

I can't overstate just how empty and hopeless I feel in the face of these realities, and I was none-too-clever mental health-wise before I started delving into the hidden truths of the world. 

How do you cope with the bleakness of being 'awake'?

Hi Ollie, I’m sorry to hear that you are suffering. Yes, it can be quite overwhelming as we become ever more informed about all of these distressing events and situations that are occurring and trying to make sense of the mad world that we live in. 

However, I believe that this type of show and website, along with a few others, serve a very good purpose in that they are exposing the level of ongoing manipulation and corruption that is continually covered up / ignored in the mainstream media. 

I like Richie Allen’s style and approach to these difficult topics - you’ve got to sometimes laugh at these crazies who are messing everyone up and he handles them well and with humour, which I think is needed, and you can tell that he cares. That’s something you seldom get with others in the mainstream. I’ve never really trusted much of what is said on official networks or in the papers, as they’re invariably biased towards the establishment, be that left or right. 

But I’m certain that the more people start waking up, and the more whistleblowers there are, the less chance there is of these people or negative forces taking hold, so in a way, it’s imperative that something is done through shows and websites like this one.

Hi Ollie, as Steve said above when you are awake to these things it can be quite overwhelming. When I finally awoke in 2008 it actually happened over a 24 hour period. I was initially stunned, then angry and after a few months calm about knowing and understanding this information. Personally, now I'm awake, I'm so glad it happened. Being informed and doing my own research I feel forewarned and maybe forearmed to deal with the situations the hidden psychopath elite out us through. Also you are amongst friends here on this forum I feel

I know exactly what you are saying i also find the subjects discussed on the show can leave me with a feeling of utter hopelessness and despair sometimes like on a show a while back one of the guests mentioned that 10,000 children go missing from the care system in the uk each year, this absolutely floored me.
I cant speak for Richie but I think we have to have hope for the future and carry on regardless and believe that against the odds we can make a positive change for without it there dosent seem much point.
I think it's good that Richie has guests like Mark bajerskie on from time to time aswell to raise the vibration and remind us that no matter what the dark forces do we are eternal spirit of light and love having a wee visit here in our earth suit ? and remember brother in a dark room it only takes one little match to dispell the darkness. We have the real power.
I find when it gets too much for me that taking a break helps ground me.
Things I find help me are meditation, exercise, eating plants not animals, being of service to others and other general nice stuff.

I sometimes watch and read material and can't stop thinking about it for days but in the end I am always glad that I did and feel better for knowing it.
Ollie,  I think that it is important that you only take in as much as you feel you can cope with at a certain time, but always remember that there are like minded souls on here to help you get through it.
Judging by what I have seen and read on here so far, I think that this is going to be a great forum community so if you need any help, please feel free to reach out to us.

I couldn’t agree with you more Ollie! This is exactly how I feel & sometimes I have to take a step back & keep away from twitter, fb & alternative news because it’s all too depressing!

(I just had a thought whilst writing this that these very posts could stand to reinforce that twat who was
on the news (didn’t get his name!) who wants to stop documentaries which depict extreme info or ‘extreme views’ on alternative media! My sixth sense also suspects with his irrational & surprising opposition to the
Rochdale Girls doco he’s probably got a closet full of dirty secrets he’s worried will get out!)

I’m struggling to post properly because I use my phone it won’t scroll down to continue typing so I’m wrong in several posts... sorry! 

Anyway re: it being all rather overwhelming! 
I have several different tangents I’m on at anyone time & im always on one hand researching something metaphysical- I absolutely love Dr Joe Dispenza who imo has it sussed when it comes to the manipulation of reality & creating your own reality based on the law of quantum physics & epigenetics! Backed by people like Gregg Braden & Bruce lipton! 
I’ve read several of his books and it gives me time away from the despair that the global conspiracy generates! 
It gives me hope that if enough people wake up then no matter what negative stuff happens we can counter it with meditation & prayer (not in a religious way) 
I feel exactly the same& I literally feel helpless & scared at times but it is the reality that’s been hijacked for us so we can only deal with that! 
I literally had exactly the same experience with the Max Igan who I respect so much & im sure he doesn’t want to be the bearer of bad news but I just thought ‘well once 5G is up& running’ that’s it - game over!’ What’s the point in carrying on?! 
I mean jeez I used to listen to my nan telling stories about being a young girl in the war & having bombs dropped right near her in London & think how terrifying that was & my husband who grew up in Iraq during the Gulf War experiencing the same as a child & 
I thought that was scary but at least you knew the enemy & you could see the potential destruction but this is covert, it’s underhanded, it’s unhuman! 

My point in all this being ... take time out from it all, meditate & study the metaphysical world! It will give you the respite you need & rebuild your hope!

And know we are all here for each other!

I would like to amend that last post due to the fact that I’ve just got to the part in the new Icke book where he explains the Upper/Lower Aeons & the Archon/Demiurge negativity, instilling fear & like a piece of the puzzle it’s just been an ‘ah ha’ moment!

If Richie has read Ickes new book as he says he has, this will be shy he appears fearless at the prospect of the elite cabal!
Ollie I strongly recommend you read his new book, it really is the guide to seeing through the fear we are all being subjected to!
It just reminded me who I really am & that sometimes I forget and get sucked into the hopelessness through fear!
Whether you believe it or not I know of no better explanation for what we are experiencing in this inverted reality we appear to be stuck in!

Knowing the truth is is a good thing but some people will not be able to deal with it and I am sure there are many who know that things are not right but refuse to go any further because they don't want to go there. I think you have to keep a sense of humor and avoid TV news and political programs as they will only make you angry although I do enjoy the daily politics program as it gives me a chance to shout at the TV (lying bast**d!) I find it very soothing.
