Government Abuse
NHS Doctor: Matt Hancock is “Not Fit for Public Office and Needs to be Removed Before He Inflicts Further Harm on the People of this Country”

NHS GP Dr Helen Westwood, a member of HART, has written a letter to her MP Sir Graham Brady expressing her concerns about the possible Government plans for mandatory vaccination of healthcare workers and others. She previously wrote to him at the end of April and received a reply from Vaccines Minister Nadhim Zahawi that we published on Lockdown Sceptics offering the paper-thin reassurance that the U.K. “currently operates a system of informed consent for vaccinations”.
“Why does he need to use the word ‘currently’?” she asked. “Are there plans for mandatory vaccination in future?” There were indeed, and she is not impressed – to the point of calling for Health Secretary Matt Hancock to be shown the door before he does any more damage. Here is her letter in full.
Dear Sir Graham,

I refer to my earlier correspondence dated March 2nd and April 26th regarding the concerns I have about the COVID-19 vaccination program.

I am grateful to you for raising these concerns with the Minister for COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment. Sadly Mr Zahawi seems to be either unwilling or unable to respond to my questions. Perhaps he is just delaying until the vaccine rollout has reached the whole adult population as it is due to imminently.

Mr Zahawi said in his letter to you that “the UK currently operates a system of informed consent for vaccinations”. Clearly the current proposals to make vaccinations compulsory for care home workers and possibly frontline NHS workers is completely counter to this. If a medical intervention is mandated for one group in society why not others? What about visitors to care homes? Delivery drivers? Shop workers? The list will go on and on.

I would like to draw your attention again to Article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. It states that “any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information.
The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice”. If an individual is being coerced into undergoing vaccination, through fear of losing their livelihood, then they are not giving “free and informed consent”. In effect, the person administering the vaccine in such circumstances is committing the criminal offence of Assault and Battery. We know that the pharmaceutical companies have been granted legal indemnity by the Government but what indemnity does the vaccinator have in this situation?

Taking the ‘Covid’ piss No 323, 465, 867: Foreign business chiefs ‘who boost UK economy’ to be exempted from quarantine

Boris Johnson’s Government faced claims of creating “one rule for those at the top and another for everyone else” after announcing that some foreign tycoons will no longer need to quarantine when arriving in England.
Business leaders will be spared the burden of quarantine if their trip is likely to be of significant economic benefit to the UK. Company executives wishing to travel to England to make a “financial investment in a UK-based business” or for “establishing a new business within the UK” will be exempt but they will need written permission first.
The Department for Business said: “This exemption is designed to enable activity that creates and preserves UK jobs and investment, while taking steps to ensure public health risks are minimised.”
But the Government added that business leaders will not qualify for an exemption if the activities can be carried out remotely via telephone or email, or by another person.
Labour deputy leader Angela Rayner said the announcement “takes the piss” and is offensive to lower-paid workers who face having to quarantine when travelling. “Significant economic benefit” is considered to be having a greater than 50% chance of creating or preserving at least 500 UK-based jobs, or creating a new UK business within two years, the new guidance added.

Appalling lockdown and mask promotor Susan Michie complains that she was asked about her long-time membership of the Communist Party when her policies are the pure central state control of communism. The arrogance of this woman is without limit. Madeley is about the only mainstream host who would have asked her – the rest have peas for balls...

Good Morning Britain has been hit with a series of Ofcom complaints following an interaction between Richard Madeley and scientist Professor Susan Michie.
The broadcasting watchdog has confirmed that 145 viewers complained about Monday’s interview with the Sage scientist, with Madeley’s questioning being deemed inappropriate.
Michie appeared on the early morning programme to discuss the benefits of wearing facemasks after the end of lockdown.
In the midst of the discussion, Madeley stunted the interview in order to ask Michie about her affiliation with the Communist Party, and if that affected her viewpoint.
When Michie tried to brush it off and continue discussing her work as a scientist, Madeley persisted: “If your politics informs your sense of control, it’s not just a medical argument, but you have a political bent to want the state to tell people what to do.”

Midazolam, Morphine & Mass Murder By Government Policy

This short video is a devastating microcosm of emerging evidence that over 65's in the UK were targeted for 'a good death' by lethal injections of Midazolam and Morphine, thereby creating the illusion that Britain was in the grip of a viral pandemic.

Footage from the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee's COVID-19 Inquiry is published under Fair Use and Fair Dealing doctrines, for the purposes of providing commentary and educating the public.

Fury at plans that could jail reporters for up to 14 years for stories that embarrass the government by treating them like spies under the Official Secrets Act (The idiots in the media who cheered when people like me were censored didn’t have the brains to realise it would be them eventually)

Journalists could be hit with lengthy prison sentences if their stories upset the Government under ‘sweeping reforms’ to the Official Secrets Act, the newspaper industry warned yesterday.
Reporters given leaked documents would be treated similarly to spies and face jail sentences of up to 14 years under planned changes to the Official Secrets Act.
A consultation by Priti Patel ‘s Home Office closing this week wants to update the 1989 act to account for changes in the digital age, especially around data transfer.
Human rights groups and the Law Commission, which drew up the plans, called for a ‘public interest defence’ to prevent journalists with leaked papers being prosecuted.
But the Home Office insisted such a move would ‘undermine our efforts to prevent damaging unauthorised disclosures, which would not be in the public interest’.
Now the News Media Association, which represents the UK’s national, regional and local publishers, has said the plans will ‘deter whistleblowers from coming forward’.
NMA legal policy and regulatory affairs director Sayra Tekin said today: ‘As part of any thriving democracy, the public and a responsible press must be free to shed light on the state’s injustices.

Australian Government Served Notice Under Common Law …

https://t.me/thepeopleslawyerchannel/143
FB Post (Contract Law, Commercial Liens and Controlling your Strawman)

Our Government, please read …

Our Government is a Private Company!

Our bills and everything we receive from a corporation comes in CAPITAL LETTERS because we are a BUSINESS -  CAPITAL.

But, says somebody, we elect a government to represent us and so we have to do what they say, after all, they have our best interests at heart don't they?

INCORRECT and Knowledge is Power will explain exactly why these 'Companies' ran for profit, DO NOT have our best interests at heart;

You think that you elect politicians to represent you in your government, but that is not what you actually do. That is part of a very carefully fostered illusion intended to keep you in your place and giving most of your earnings away (typically, 80% of all you earn).

Part of the secret is that what is supposed to be your 'Government' is actually a privately owned, for-profit company and all that you do when voting, is help choose the serving officers inside that company!

It will never make the slightest difference to what happens in the future as the company policy and actions are controlled by the owners of the company and they are not influenced in any way whatsoever by what you want

Think this is far fetched?

Then check it out via the still used (?) Dun & Bradstreet or any of the other places which records the setting up and performance of the 160,000,000 commercial companies world-wide.

When you do that, you will discover that, for example, the House of Commons was a commercial for-profit company (number UC2279443), The Labour Party is a commercial company which trades under the name of “Allister Darling MP”, The House of Lords which is the highest court in the land is a private company, the United Kingdom Corporation Ltd. formerly known as the “United Kingdom plc” and which never complied with the law which requires it to file it's financial records, is also a private company
The Ministry of Justice D-U-N-S Number 22-549-8526, Directors: Lord Falconer of Thoroton is a private company set up in the year 1600.

The Bank of England is a private company, as is every Court and every Police Force and even the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry is a company and not a person!!

It gets even more ridiculous when you discover that The Devon and Cornwall Police is a company which has been taken over by a company owned by IBM which is paid an annual budget of £256,800,000 taken from members of the public!

Gilbert and Sullivan would have loved this reality as a script for one of their comedies. Lancashire County Council was incorporated as a company (IP00666C) in 2002.  It’s registered office was "3rd Floor, Christ Church Precinct, County Hall, Preston" and it was completely dissolved on 25th January 2008 and all of it’s Assets and Liabilities were transferred on 12th November 2007 to another company - “The Blues and Twos Credit Union Ltd.” whose registered address is Lancashire Police Headquarters, PO Box 77, Hutton, Preston.

Do you by any chance get the feeling that you are being taken for a ride here?
Because I do!

Just in case you are not aware of it, the purpose of any commercial 'for-profit' company or corporation is to make money for it's owners (and shareholders if there are any). The people whom you think of as 'The Government' don't do anything which earns money - instead, they take money from you and their main job is to make sure that you don't realise that they are in the same position as IBM which takes away a cool £256 million of your money every year

So, why all the pretence of there being a genuine government which you elect and who serve you?.

They don't want you to UNDERSTAND that they are just running a company which produces nothing of any worth - Something like a betting shop, where almost every customer loses money.

And wake up to the fact that, unlike what you have been told all your life, this is all optional and you don't need to play their rip-off game any longer unless you want to. They want you to be so burdened down with paying them money and working so hard and so long that you don't have the time, money or energy to stop and think about what is happening to you and your family!

These people ARE NOT DAFT

They are desperate to stop you from just walking away from their scam, and so they make every effort to connect you with the fiction which is your 'Legal Fiction' / 'Strawman' because fictitious entities like commercial companies can't have any dealing with a real man or a real woman - they can only deal with another fiction like your strawman, and it is essential that they fool you into believing that you have to act on behalf of your strawman - which you don't

They have a number of well-proven methods of distracting you and keeping you from finding out. They want you to see a great deal of entertainment, not because there is anything wrong with entertainment, but while you are watching it you will not be asking awkward questions.

Also, they are very careful that most entertainment reinforces their make-believe world and makes it appear to be "the real world" where everyone is under 'The Government', Police Officers uphold the law, taxes are essential in order to keep things going and things which are said to be bad for you, are taxed heavily (not to make money) but supposedly, to encourage you to avoid those things. Which is utter drivel, at best

They also have another very effective technique, and that is FEAR, so DO NOT fear them. They want you to be 'Afraid' so DO NOT be afraid of them...Afraid of imaginary terrorists. Afraid of disasters. Afraid of new diseases. Afraid of foreign countries. Afraid of "the economy" doing badly and inflation rising. If you doubt this, then take a look at the news and count the number of positive, uplifting news items, and the number of negative or depressing news items!

It doesn't take much in the way of research to see the very heavy negative bias in the news. The reason behind this is to make you feel that you need a government and an army to protect you from these supposed dangers! It is easy to keep the news items biased that way, because all of the major news agencies and media outlets in the world are owned by only five or six privately owned commercial companies.
This is a story that everyone in the country should hear
