I’m a full time mum.. to three kids, I run a house, spend my life food shopping, going to kids school things, ferrying them to clubs, making packed lunches, cleaning toilets, etc etc...  time for me is... oh bed time!
You can’t connect to anything spiritual you can’t investigate anything on any level- at most a relax in the bath if you’re lucky enough to get one without the kids getting in with you!

I’m sure it’s by design... if we’re all busy busy busy... we’re not realising our true nature!

Yes Charlotte, I agree it’s not easy fitting everything in to our busy lives - would need to do meditation to gain the benefits of balancing the chakras. Here’s some additional information-
