Biden’s America
#31
Here's the full plan to take down America - can it be stopped?

Thanks to sources that have stepped forward with inside information, we now know some details about a plan we're told is being pursued by the Biden regime to achieve the complete overthrow and destruction of the United States of America.

The recent FBI / DOJ raid on Mar-a-Lago is a key element of this plan. The raid was reportedly designed to provoke an armed uprising among Trump supporters, or at least encourage nationwide protests that could be exploited by the FBI to run undercover agents dressed up as MAGA supporters.

If this plan succeeds, it ends with UN troops occupying America and disarming the American people at gunpoint. Fortunately, there are many "white hat" elements working to stop this plan, and the American people are waking up like never before.

Weaponizing the Bureaucracy: Who Will Protect Us from the Government’s Standing Army?

Quote:“A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty.”—James Madison
The IRS has stockpiled 4,500 guns and five million rounds of ammunition in recent years, including 621 shotguns, 539 long-barrel rifles and 15 submachine guns.
The Veterans Administration (VA) purchased 11 million rounds of ammunition (equivalent to 2,800 rounds for each of their officers), along with camouflage uniforms, riot helmets and shields, specialized image enhancement devices and tactical lighting.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) acquired 4 million rounds of ammunition, in addition to 1,300 guns, including five submachine guns and 189 automatic firearms for its Office of Inspector General.
According to an in-depth report on “The Militarization of the U.S. Executive Agencies,” the Social Security Administration secured 800,000 rounds of ammunition for their special agents, as well as armor and guns.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) owns 600 guns. And the Smithsonian now employs 620-armed “special agents.”
This is how it begins.
We have what the founders feared most: a “standing” or permanent army on American soil.
This de facto standing army is made up of weaponized, militarized, civilian forces which look like, dress like, and act like the military; are armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment; are authorized to make arrests; and are trained in military tactics.
Mind you, this de facto standing army of bureaucratic, administrative, non-military, paper-pushing, non-traditional law enforcement agencies may look and act like the military, but they are not the military.
Rather, they are foot soldiers of the police state’s standing army, and they are growing in number at an alarming rate.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the number of federal agents armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment, authorized to make arrests, and trained in military tactics has nearly tripled over the past several decades.
There are now more bureaucratic (non-military) government agents armed with weapons than U.S. Marines. As Adam Andrzejewski writes for Forbes, “the federal government has become one never-ending gun show.”
While Americans have to jump through an increasing number of hoops in order to own a gun, federal agencies have been placing orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of hollow point bullets and military gear. Among the agencies being supplied with night-vision equipment, body armor, hollow-point bullets, shotguns, drones, assault rifles and LP gas cannons are the Smithsonian, U.S. Mint, Health and Human Services, IRS, FDA, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Education Department, Energy Department, Bureau of Engraving and Printing and an assortment of public universities.
Add in the Biden Administration’s plans to grow the nation’s police forces by 100,000 more cops and swell the ranks of the IRS by 87,000 new employees (some of whom will have arrest-and-firearm authority) and you’ve got a nation in the throes of martial law.
The militarization of America’s police forces in recent decades has merely sped up the timeline by which the nation is transformed into an authoritarian regime.
What began with the militarization of the police in the 1980s during the government’s war on drugs has snowballed into a full-fledged integration of military weaponry, technology and tactics into police protocol. To our detriment, local police—clad in jackboots, helmets and shields and wielding batons, pepper-spray, stun guns, and assault rifles—have increasingly come to resemble occupying forces in our communities.
As Andrew Becker and G.W. Schulz report, more than $34 billion in federal government grants made available to local police agencies in the wake of 9/11 “ha[ve] fueled a rapid, broad transformation of police operations… across the country. More than ever before, police rely on quasi-military tactics and equipment… [P]olice departments around the U.S. have transformed into small army-like forces.”
This standing army has been imposed on the American people in clear violation of the spirit—if not the letter of the law—of the Posse Comitatus Act, which restricts the government’s ability to use the U.S. military as a police force.
A standing army—something that propelled the early colonists into revolution—strips the American people of any vestige of freedom.
It was for this reason that those who established America vested control of the military in a civilian government, with a civilian commander-in-chief. They did not want a military government, ruled by force.
Rather, they opted for a republic bound by the rule of law: the U.S. Constitution.
Unfortunately, with the Constitution under constant attack, the military’s power, influence and authority have grown dramatically. Even the Posse Comitatus Act, which makes it a crime for the government to use the military to carry out arrests, searches, seizure of evidence and other activities normally handled by a civilian police force, has been greatly weakened by exemptions allowing troops to deploy domestically and arrest civilians in the wake of alleged terrorist acts.
The increasing militarization of the police, the use of sophisticated weaponry against Americans and the government’s increasing tendency to employ military personnel domestically have all but eviscerated historic prohibitions such as the Posse Comitatus Act.
Indeed, there are a growing number of exceptions to which Posse Comitatus does not apply. These exceptions serve to further acclimate the nation to the sight and sounds of military personnel on American soil and the imposition of martial law.
Now we find ourselves struggling to retain some semblance of freedom in the face of administrative, police and law enforcement agencies that look and act like the military with little to no regard for the Fourth Amendment, laws such as the NDAA that allow the military to arrest and indefinitely detain American citizens, and military drills that acclimate the American people to the sight of armored tanks in the streets, military encampments in cities, and combat aircraft patrolling overhead.
The menace of a national police force—a.k.a. a standing army—vested with the power to completely disregard the Constitution, cannot be overstated, nor can its danger be ignored.
Historically, the establishment of a national police force accelerates a nation’s transformation into a police state, serving as the fundamental and final building block for every totalitarian regime that has ever wreaked havoc on humanity.
Then again, for all intents and perhaps, the American police state is already governed by martial law: Battlefield tactics. Militarized police. Riot and camouflage gear. Armored vehicles. Mass arrests. Pepper spray. Tear gas. Batons. Strip searches. Drones. Less-than-lethal weapons unleashed with deadly force. Rubber bullets. Water cannons. Concussion grenades. Intimidation tactics. Brute force. Laws conveniently discarded when it suits the government’s purpose.
This is what martial law looks like, when a government disregards constitutional freedoms and imposes its will through military force, only this is martial law without any government body having to declare it.
The ease with which Americans are prepared to welcome boots on the ground, regional lockdowns, routine invasions of their privacy, and the dismantling of every constitutional right intended to serve as a bulwark against government abuses is beyond unnerving.
We are sliding fast down a slippery slope to a Constitution-free America.
This quasi-state of martial law has been helped along by government policies and court rulings that have made it easier for the police to shoot unarmed citizens, for law enforcement agencies to seize cash and other valuable private property under the guise of asset forfeiture, for military weapons and tactics to be deployed on American soil, for government agencies to carry out round-the-clock surveillance, for legislatures to render otherwise lawful activities as extremist if they appear to be anti-government, for profit-driven private prisons to lock up greater numbers of Americans, for homes to be raided and searched under the pretext of national security, for American citizens to be labeled terrorists and stripped of their rights merely on the say-so of a government bureaucrat, and for pre-crime tactics to be adopted nationwide that strip Americans of the right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty and creates a suspect society in which we are all guilty until proven otherwise.
All of these assaults on the constitutional framework of the nation have been sold to the public as necessary for national security.
Time and again, the public has fallen for the ploy hook, line and sinker
We’re being reeled in, folks, and you know what happens when we get to the end of that line?
As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, we’ll be cleaned, gutted and strung up.

Millions of Americans to be evicted from their homes as economic collapse accelerates

The collapse is now accelerating by the day. Earlier this week, we learned that one in six US households is behind on paying their electric bills. Now, we're learning that as many as 3.8 million American renters could face eviction in the next two months because they can't keep up with rent payments.

More and more Americans, it turns out, are going to have to choose between housing and food, meaning millions of new people will be homeless and / or starving before year's end.

Lawsuit Grows Against Biden Administration Over Big Tech Censorship Collusion

The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) represents co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration Drs. Martin Kulldorff and Jayanta Bhattacharya, as well as Jill Hines and Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, who have now joined the lawsuit filed by the state of Missouri and Louisiana challenging government-directed censorship of opinions that contradicted the government’s narratives on Covid.
Public statements by government officials and recently revealed emails from the DHS and CDC show that the government directed social media companies to censor certain viewpoints on COVID-19, including through threats of legal action.
The censorship came in many forms, including permanent and temporary suspension of accounts, as well as shadow banning, de-monetization of content, warning labels, taking down content, and limiting the spread of content.
According to the NCLA, government-directed censorship is a violation of the First Amendment, which protects free speech. The government is not supposed to decide which voices get heard and which don’t.
“The government may not work through private entities to accomplish censorship that the First Amendment forbids the government from doing directly. Yet that is precisely what these federal defendants have been up to. NCLA is delighted to join forces with these state attorneys-general to reverse this constitutional outrage and restore free speech to the social media platforms that are today’s public square,” NCLA’s president Mark Chenoweth said in a statement.
The organization’s litigation counsel Jenin Younes said, “The Biden Administration’s involvement in silencing the voices of those who have critiqued its responses to Covid-19, through pressure exerted on social media companies, is unprecedented in nature and degree. Two of the plaintiffs, Drs. Bhattacharya and Kulldorff, are among the world’s most renowned epidemiologists, and had crucial insights to share on the flawed reasoning and science underlying lockdowns and mask and vaccine mandates.

Pentagon Launches Probe into Woke Diversity Officer After her Tweets Asking Where She Can “Get a Break From White Nonsense for a While”

The Pentagon announced it has launched a probe into one of its “diversity” officers over the weekend, after her series of scathing posts disparaging white people on her social media resurfaced. The Mail has the story.
The tweets by Kelisa Wing, an Army veteran and the current chief “diversity, equity and inclusion’” officer at the Department of Defense’s Education Activity office, were first reported last week, and have since come under federal scrutiny.
Fox News resurfaced the old posts, which use well-worn slang terms to mock white people include ‘Karen’ and ‘CAUdacity’ – a play on the word Caucasian – and were reportedly set to private after the outlet reached out for comment.
The account, along with the longtime DOD staffer’s LinkedIn profile, has since been deleted, now that the federal official’s tweets, posted over the course of several years, have become a subject of national concern.
Perhaps most troubling, though, is the fact that Wing, who was promoted to head of the Education office during the pandemic, oversees the education of Pentagon staffers’ children – including those of active duty service members.
“I’m exhausted with these white folx in these [professional development] sessions,” Wing wrote on July 23rd 2020, disparaging an unnamed woman at a federal meeting.
“[T]his lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too,” the post continues. “I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS.”
Wing, who is African-American, then adds, “We are not the majority, we don’t have power.”
Wing has worked at the DoD for 16 years and was promoted to DEI chief in December 2021. Her office oversees schooling for children of Pentagon employees as well as those deployed overseas in the military.

Biden Blames Southern Border Crisis On Republicans Before His First Planned Trip To The Region

The Biden White House has been ignoring the border crisis for the past two years, with Biden refusing to visit the region to see the chaos in person and even denying the reality of the situation despite all evidence to the contrary.  Both Biden and the Department of Homeland Security have been actively seeking to erase Title 42, the only framework in place for slowing the tide of illegal migrants flooding across into the US.  However, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Title 42 must remain, Biden is suddenly changing his tune.
For the first time in his residency at the Oval Office, Joe Biden is set to take a trip to the southern border, specifically El Paso.  The Democrat run Texas city has been an epicenter of the ongoing migrant surge, with Mayor Oscar Leeser finally admitting a couple weeks ago that El Paso is in a state of emergency.   Leeser originally refused to label the mass invasion of illegals as a crisis (he says the White House pressured him not to), but with El Paso running out of funds to deal with the influx and thousands of migrants crowding into sleeping bag cities on the streets he has been forced to acknowledge reality.

Joe Biden’s new woke madness as top watchdog bans gendered language: Diversity management officer blacklists terms such as ‘man-made’ and ‘police man’ in new inclusivity push

The Biden administration has been accused of peddling ‘woke madness’ after a top U.S. government watchdog banned the use of gendered language in the workplace.
Leaked internal memos obtained by DailyMail.com show the Government Accountability Office forbids employees from using male and female terms.
The agency, whose role is to scrutinize administration spending, issued the bizarre diktat in October 2022 at the behest of its so-called ‘chief diversity management officer.’
The ‘style guide’ demands an end to ‘non-inclusive terminology’ and said the GAO’s 3,100-strong army of bureaucrats should avoid ‘wording that diminishes anyone’s dignity.’
The four-page rant, which was posted on the GAO intranet, bans staff from using words such as ‘man-made’ or ‘manpower’ in official communications.

Whistleblower claiming Biden WAS involved in a $5m criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national while he was vice president is a ‘highly credible’ FBI source – that agency has used since the Obama administration

The insider behind claims Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme has been revealed as a ‘highly credible’ FBI source.
The informant was previously used by the bureau in multiple probes into the Obama administration, with a bombshell report indicating that a whistleblower attempted to shed light on their claims that then-Vice President Biden orchestrated a $5 million bribery plot with a foreign national.
It is alleged that Biden was involved in the scheme where money was given in exchange for influence of US government policy, according to Fox News.
A person familiar with the revelations told the outlet that the source was a ‘pre-existing’ FBI informer who has been used in multiple investigations separate from the Biden information.

Federal judge BANS Biden administration members from meeting with social media companies over accusations they colluded with execs to create an ‘Orwellian Ministry of Truth’ during ‘Covid’

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked key Biden administration agencies and officials from meeting and communicating with Big Tech companies in an extraordinary ruling that could change how social media is used.
In his dramatic ruling on Tuesday, Donald Trump-appointed Judge Terry A. Doughty said that ‘during the COVID-19 pandemic… the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth”‘.
The injunction is in response to a lawsuit brought by Republican attorneys general in Louisiana and Missouri who claim the government engaged in censorship and shut down conservative voices.
The states argued that government officials went too far in their efforts to encourage social media companies to address posts they worried could contribute to COVID vaccine hesitancy or upend elections.
Government officials argued the contact was necessary to combat misinformation or thwart criminal activity. The case involved President Joe Biden’s White House; Google, led by Sundar Pichai; Twitter led by Elon Musk; and Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, led by Mark Zuckerberg.

The ruling was a victory for Republicans and could curtail efforts to combat false and misleading narratives as Americans prepare for the 2024 presidential election.
Many Republicans, including Trump himself, argued that conservatives were unfairly targeted and had posts removed by social media platforms. They accused Big Tech companies like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube of censoring its critics.
The attorneys general, in their filings, said the government’s actions amount to ‘the most egregious violations of the First Amendment in the history of the United States of America.’
‘Big win for the First Amendment on this Independence Day,’ wrote Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt on Twitter. ‘I’m proud to have led the fight.’
Judge Terry Doughty agreed, ruling the states ‘have produced evidence of a massive effort by Defendants, from the White House to federal agencies, to suppress speech based on its content.’
He ruled parts of the government – including the Department of Health and Human Services, the White House, the Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation – could not talk to social media companies for ‘the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.’
Specifically named as being barred from contact were Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and all employees of the Justice Department and FBI.
The judge said the agencies and officials could not flag specific posts to the social media platforms or request content be taken down.
The government argued it did not have the authority to order posts or entire accounts removed.
Officials also noted they have long cooperated with Big Tech to take action against illegal or harmful material, especially in cases criminal activities like child sexual abuse or human trafficking or to track potential terrorist activity.
Neither the White House nor Big Tech companies had an immediate comment to the ruling.
Judge Doughty did make an exception to allow communication in cases of national security threats, criminal activity or voter suppression.
