Two months after the heinous events of September 11 2001, Jeffrey Epstein's Mossad business partner (and alleged co-conspirator in child sex crimes with Jersey serial killer Edward Heath) Peter Mandelson arrives in Israel to present a speech to The Israel, Britain and Commonwealth Association (IBCA).
The IBCA's members also include:
- Peter Mandelson's very close friend, Zionist Mossad kingpin Lord Jacob Rothschild.
