New OSHA Guidelines: Employers That Mandate COVID Vaccines May Be Held Liable for “Any Adverse Reaction”

“Vaccine Hesitancy” pre-dates COVID 19.  Vaccine side effects, injuries, deaths have been ongoing for decades (see 1, 2, 3).  Regarding the COVID shots, horrifying situations and statistics continue to be reported by the media.  Recipients, including celebrities, have also been posting their experiences on social media (see 1, 2).

Nevertheless, there are companies, including Delta Airlines, that have started requiring that some if not all employees take the COVID vaccine.  Of course, requiring this could make them liable if anything goes wrong.

Employers May Be Held Liable for ‘Any Adverse Reaction’ if They Mandate COVID Vaccines
New OSHA guidance holds employers liable for adverse reactions if they require employees be vaccinated for COVID as a condition of employment, which could negatively impact the employer’s safety rating.
New guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is making employers think twice about their COVID vaccine requirements.
On April 20, companies were put on notice they’ll be responsible for any adverse reaction should they require their employees be vaccinated with a COVID vaccine.
In the Frequently Asked Questions section of OSHA’s website having to do with COVID safety compliance, a question was asked whether an adverse reaction to a COVID vaccine had to be recorded if an employer mandated vaccination as a condition for employment.
OSHA stated:
“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.”
In general, an adverse reaction to the COVID vaccine is recordable if the reaction is: (1) work-related, (2) a new case and (3) meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7 (e.g., days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid).
According to OSHA, recording requirements of serious work-related injuries and illness may leave employers with worker’s compensation claims and impact their safety record.
Conversely, OSHA states it will exercise enforcement discretion and will not require adverse reactions be recorded when an employer only “recommends” that employees receive the vaccine, while noting that for this discretion to apply, the vaccine must be truly voluntary.
In determining whether a vaccine is “voluntary,” the website states, “an employee’s choice to accept or reject the vaccine cannot affect [his or her] performance rating or professional advancement,” and that an “employee who chooses not to receive the vaccine cannot suffer any repercussions from this choice.”

Jabs for care home staff WILL be compulsory: Nursing centre workers will be told to get a (fake) ‘Covid vaccine’ … or risk losing their job under new plan by fascist ministers (their Cult masters)

Care home staff will be forced to have Covid vaccinations, ministers will announce this week.
The controversial measure means 1.5million people working in social care will be told to have the jab within 16 weeks – or face losing their jobs. It has been introduced following a consultation which concluded it would help protect the most vulnerable in society.
No decision has yet been made on whether vaccination should be made mandatory for the 1.4million who work for the NHS. A separate consultation on that is to be launched. Ministers are concerned about low take-up of the coronavirus vaccine among care workers, who include care home staff plus home helps. 
Despite care workers being among one of the top priority groups for Covid jabs, latest figures show that just two thirds of them have had both doses of the vaccine.
Tens of thousands of care home residents died in the pandemic, largely as a result of infections being brought in by staff during the first wave. The Daily Mail first revealed in March that the Government was considering making it a legal requirement for NHS and care home staff to have the jab. 
Organisations representing care firms and their staff have warned that the move could backfire and see workers quit rather than agree to have the jab.

Matt Hancock has today confirmed Covid vaccinations will be made compulsory for care home staff despite backlash from furious unions and industry bosses.
The Health Secretary told MPs it is paramount carers working with vulnerable residents are vaccinated against the disease ‘in order to save lives’.
The controversial policy will see all 1.5million people working in social care told to get inoculated within 16 weeks — or face losing their jobs or being redeployed. It applies to all carers as well as other workers in homes, including tradespeople, hairdressers and beauticians.
Critics described it as a ‘sledgehammer approach’ which could worsen the social sector’s staffing crisis, make it harder to recruit and force many to ‘walk away’. 
Despite care workers being among one of the top priority groups for Covid jabs and being eligible since December, latest figures show just two thirds of them have had both doses of the vaccine. 
Announcing the move in the Commons today, Mr Hancock said the Government will ‘ensure mandation as a condition of deployment for staff in care homes’.
The Financial Times today reported ministers are also debating whether to make flu jabs compulsory for the same staff.

Philippines fascist Duterte threatens to jail those refusing ‘Covid’ shots and ‘inject vaccine in their butt’

Angered by the country’s low vaccination rate, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has said he may jail people who refuse to get the shot against coronavirus.
Duterte vented his frustration over vaccine hesitancy during a cabinet meeting late on Monday night.
“If you don’t want to get vaccinated, leave the Philippines,” he said, as quoted by the PNA news agency. “Go to India if you want, or somewhere to America. But for as long as you are here and you are a human being and can carry the virus, you should get vaccinated.”
The president asked the government to identify those who refuse to get the shot. “I will order their arrest, to be honest,” he said. “Choose – get vaccinated or get imprisoned?”
Duterte, who is known for using straightforward and crass language in public, was quoted by the Rappler news website as saying, “If you don’t want to get vaccinated, I’ll have you arrested [and] then I’ll inject a vaccine into your buttocks.”
Low turnout forced the country’s capital, Manila, to scrap its ‘no walk-in’ vaccination policy on Monday. Rappler reported that authorities invited 28,000 people to vaccination sites via text message, but only 4,402 showed up. Mayor Isko Moreno said that the city will return to the original open-door method, where anyone can show up for a shot.

Marines Rebuke Defense Secretary: “No Mandatory Vaccinations for My Marines.”

Marine Corps General David H. Berger on Monday rebuked Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s edict requiring all Armed Forces personnel to submit to Covid-19 vaccinations under threat of court martial or discharge, said a source in Gen. Berger’s office who overheard a heated conversation between them.
Gen. Berger telephoned the defense secretary minutes after he said in a press conference that the Covid-19 vaccination is needed to maintain military readiness and that he would enforce the mandatary vaccination policy regardless of FDA approval status.
“There will be no mandatory vaccinations for my Marines,” Gen. Berger said.
In a transcript of the call reviewed by Real Raw News, Gen. Berger lambasted Austin and branded him a traitor.
“Under no circumstances will Marines be compelled to take a potentially hazardous vaccination that the FDA won’t even fully endorse,” Gen. Berger told Austin. “You are a coward and a traitor, manipulated by people pushing bad policy on the men and women who provide security to our nation. Neither you nor your puppet president has authority to enforce such a policy.”

Gen. Berger said it was unfair to compare established vaccinations with a product that was rushed to market with little concern for side effects. He called the CDC and Dr. Fauci corrupt, and he asked Austin why the puppet administration hid from the public an NIH report linking the vaccination to thousands of fatalities.
“If someone dies, you say it was Covid-19. There’s a refusal to admit the vaccination carries side effects that can include death in certain individuals.”

In a statement Monday afternoon, Biden said he strongly supports Austin’s message and that he is “eager to see” the Covid-19 vaccination added to the battery of vaccinations soldiers receive upon joining the military.

A source close to the talks about Covid certification told The Mail on Sunday: ‘The assumption is that you will be required to have the most up-to-date health passport.
‘So if the advice is to have a booster six months after your second jab, then that is what you’ll need.’
At the moment, double-jabbed Brits can go to amber list countries without having to quarantine upon their return.
Booster vaccines will be compulsory for care home workers once they are rolled out, a senior Government source said.
This will add to the legal requirements for care home staff, who from October will have to be double-jabbed to work in the sector, subject to parliamentary approval.
Millions are set to be offered a third jab from September after Health Secretary Sajid Javid announced the roll-out to priority groups.
A Minister told the Mail on Sunday the ‘logical’ move will be to make the booster shots a requirement for travel, adding that the most up-to-date Covid certification for travel will become as normal as the need to have a yellow fever jab to enter certain countries.

With the new school year starting in Israel on Wednesday, the government has ordered that teachers may not go to their workplaces without a vaccination certificate or a fresh Covid-19 test. The same is true for healthcare workers.
The decision to tighten the so-called ‘Green Pass’ restrictions on the education, health and social-welfare sectors was made during a high-level coronavirus cabinet meeting which concluded late on Monday.
It means that teachers, doctors, nurses and caregivers would only be able to do their jobs if they present documents proving that they have been vaccinated or recently recovered from Covid-19. Failing that, a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours would be required.
However, the penalty faced by workers who flout the new rules still remains unclear. The Justice and Education Ministries earlier warned that they could be put on unpaid leave. But the Teachers Association threatened to go to the High Court if its members are left without salaries, adding that they would only cooperate if the same regulations are applied to the country’s entire public sector.
The teachers are also unhappy about the idea of paying out of pocket for their own Covid-19 tests, an idea that is being pushed forward by the Education Ministry.As of last week, there were some 37,000 unvaccinated teachers and school staff in Israel, according to government estimates. Israel has carried out one of the world’s largest inoculation campaigns per capita, fully vaccinating around 63% of its 9.3 million people and already giving a third booster shot to two million.
There was much debate and tension preceding the decision to open schools on September 1 amid a surge in Covid-19 cases caused by the more-contagious Delta variant. On Monday, Israel surpassed 7,000 coronavirus-related deaths, with 6,662 new infections reported and 738 patients remaining in serious condition.

‘No jab no job’ policy risks staffing crisis in care homes, union warns

From 11 November, it will become mandatory for all staff working in care homes to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are exempt, in order to protect the residents and patients most at risk from the virus.
The government must immediately remove the mandatory requirement for care home staff to be vaccinated amid a workforce crisis in the sector, the UK’s largest social care union says.
UNISON is calling on ministers to stop “sleepwalking into a disaster” and end the ‘no jab, no job’ rule for those in the care industry.
Repealing jab compulsion for care home workers is the only way to avert a staffing crisis that threatens to overwhelm the sector, the union says.
From 11 November, it will become mandatory for all staff working in care homes to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they are exempt, in order to protect the residents and patients most at risk from the virus.
The government’s own predictions are that up to 40,000 of the more than half a million care workers in the country won’t be fully vaccinated by that date.

125 Indiana Hospital Employees Quit Over Fake Vaccine Mandate

125 employees of Indiana University Health have been terminated after choosing not to comply with the hospital’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
IU Health said Thursday the 125 employees left after a two-week unpaid suspension period meant to encourage workers to get the shot ended September 14.
IU Health, Indiana’s largest hospital network, did not elaborate on what positions were affected, but that 61 of the 125 former employees had worked full-time.
IU Health announced in June that it would require all of its 35,000 employees to get the COVID injection by Sept. 1.
A spokesperson for IU Health released a statement confirming the news:

“Indiana University Health has put the safety and well-being of patients and team members first by requiring employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 1. After a two-week unpaid suspension period ending Sept. 14, a total of 125 employees, the equivalent of 61 full time employees, chose not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and have left the organization.”

The media is beginning to report on the shortages of hospital staff workers coinciding with the implementation of vaccine mandates across the country.

One person’s experience of ‘Covid’ diagnosis and the fascist ‘Biden’ (Cult) campaign to force the fake vaccine on everyone

I’ve been following your dad for years and have all his books.  I’m three-quarters of the way through PERCEPTIONS OF A RENEGADE MIND now.  Another wonderful, enlightening book.  The reason I’m writing you is to share the following vaccine information with your dad.

I sent a prepared email to The White House from a health freedom website denouncing mandatory vaccines.  I received an emailed response from Pres. Biden a few days later.  The wording in these two paragraphs concerned me deeply, as I am sure they will you, too.  Notice the terms “war-time effort” and “Surge Response teams” and constant mention of “the unvaccinated”:

“That is why the next phase of our war-time effort against COVID-19 is to get unvaccinated Americans vaccinated. We are going neighborhood by neighborhood to help answer questions and administer shots where people are. We are sending more vaccine doses to family doctors and local pharmacies so people can get vaccinated by health care providers they know and trust. Businesses are offering vaccinations at work places and providing paid time off to make it more convenient. We are also deploying more mobile vaccination units at special events this summer, like festivals, concerts, and sporting events.
In addition, we are stepping up our preparations to respond to the outbreaks we are seeing among the unvaccinated. We are mobilizing COVID-19 Surge Response teams comprised of experts from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and elsewhere across our government. They will help states prevent, detect, and respond to the spread of the virus among unvaccinated people in communities with low vaccination rates.”


I am a 73-year-old woman who got what they said was Covid-19 and pneumonia. I was hospitalized for 8 days,  thankfully, not in the ICU or on a ventilator (or I probably wouldn’t be writing this now). Interestingly, many of the nurses and doctors I talked with at the hospital said that they were seeing a lot of cases of vaccinated people being admitted with Covid.  I had a fever, cough and felt totally drained and exhausted. I went to the clinic and the doctor examined me and listed bronchitis as the diagnosis.  It was mandatory they test me for Covid. She did the nose swab and next day informed me I tested positive for Covid.  I wasn’t getting any better, so my husband took me to the emergency room at the local hospital.  They did a chest x-ray which revealed pneumonia.  I know that if bronchitis is not treated right away it can develop into pneumonia, which I believe was the case with me. I am still on supplemental oxygen as a result of the pneumonia.  I will not get the so-called vaccine because I know that it’s unproven and dangerous.  Every doctor I have seen for follow-up has pushed the vaccine.  I continue to say no. I will not comply with this lunacy.
