Huge lawsuit filed against scientists SARS-CoV-2 gain of function research


A groundbreaking lawsuit has been filed by attorney Thomas Renz, naming EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak and University of North Carolina researcher Ralph Baric as defendants, claiming they are responsible for the deaths of plaintiffs due to their involvement in funding gain-of-function research of the SARS-CoV-2 virus which is believed to be responsible for the "covid pandemic."

In addition to the bombshell lawsuit against Daszak and Baric, the CDC has been caught red-handed, engaged in what I would classify as a criminal conspiracy cover-up to withhold V-safe data from the public for nearly two years.

It shows that out of about 10 million vaccine recipients who used the V-safe app, 33 percent were impacted with injuries or other interruptions, and nearly 6.5 million health impacts were reported.

We now know without any question that the CDC is a crime cartel that promotes Big Pharma's death shots which are injuring or killing millions of Americans. • Less than two months ago, scientists funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) announced they’d resurrected the Spanish flu virus through reverse genetics
  
  
• Now, scientists at Boston University report they’ve engineered an Omicron strain of SARS-CoV-2 with an 80% lethality in mice. The new hybrid was created by extracting spike protein from the Omicron BA.1 variant of SARS-CoV-2 and attaching it to the original Wuhan Alpha strain
  
  
• The research was funded by four grants from the NIH/NIAID, but because those funds were supposedly “earmarked” primarily for equipment, they did not clear the viral engineering portion of the experiment with the NIH. The NIH is reviewing the case to determine whether the University violated rules for enhanced potential pandemic pathogen (ePPP) research
  
  
• Boston University denies the research qualifies as “gain of function” research as the Alpha strain’s lethality was reduced from 100% to 80%. However, the Alpha strain did gain function, namely immune escape, which it didn’t have before. The immune-evading properties came from the Omicron spike
  
  
• The likelihood of SARS-CoV-2 assembling itself into a Wuhan Alpha strain with Omicron spike protein “in the wild” is just about nil, as the Wuhan strain has mutated out of existence already. Were it not for these madmen, we would never have had to worry about this kind of recombination

A scientist who worked at a controversial research lab in China has claimed that COVID was a man-made virus that leaked from the facility, according to a report.

Andrew Huff, who worked for a New York-based non-profit that studied viruses, said COVID leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China two-plus years ago and blamed authorities for the “biggest US intelligence failure since 9/11,” Britain’s The Sun reported Saturday.
