Usually when a scandal suddenly gets lots of media attention, this is to cover up an even bigger scandal (more stuff coming).
The Venezuela and Philippine links are certainly interesting….
Two decades ago, 3 engineers, led by Antonio Mugica, founded the new election technology firm Smartmatic in Venezuela.
After the 2000 US election, which made George W. Bush US president, they incorporated in Delaware (in 2000) with funds from Jorge Massa Dustou.
Dustou was married to none other than the sister of media mogul billionaire Gustavo Cisneros.
I’ve previously posted about the Cisneros links to Rockefeller and Bush, and their close association to both Hugo Chavez and his successor Nicolas Maduro.
When Smartmatic got funds from the Chavez government, the CFIUS investigated and couldn’t openly work in the US anymore.
Smartmatic’s election technology has continued to be used in elections in Latin America, the UK, the US, Belgium, and the Philippines.
Malloch Brown’s ties to Soros originate from the early 1990s, when he was working for the NGO Refugees International. US Ambassador Philip Goldberg worked with Brown and Soros on the destruction of Yugoslavia.
President Evo Morales didn’t make himself too popular with the psychopaths that control our Brave New World by expelling Ambassador Goldberg from Bolivia, who subsequently became US Ambassador to the Philippines in 2013 and now heads the US embassy in Cuba.
In 2012, Smartmatic moved its headquarters to London (where else?).
In 2014, CEO Mugica and Mark Malloch Brown launched the SGO Corp. Ltd. holding company, whose key asset remains Smartmatic.
In 2015, Benigno S. Aquino III appointed Andy Bautista as chairman of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
In October 2017, Bautista had to be replaced after it was disclosed that he had suddenly accumulated his wealth, when he was Aquino's chairman of the Presidential Commission from 2010 to 2015. It looks like all trails lead to Bush!
In the 2020 US presidential election, Dominion Voting Systems was responsible for some 50% of all votes in 30 states, including every single state where the outcome is being contested by Trump - Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia – that all swung to Joe Biden from initial huge leads for Donald.
After the 2004 Venezuela recall election by Venezuela’s CNE election authority, SBC Consortium - Smartmatic (51%), Bitza software (2%), and state telecommunications organization CANTV (47%) - was formed and won the bid to run the referendum counting process.
Smartmatic (in their first voter rigging endeavour) was awarded $128 million to successfully falsify the referendum for Hugo Chavez, who was behind 40% to 60% in the polls, but “miraculously” won with 52%-48%.
The Smartmatic holding company SGO Corporation Limited, is chaired by Mugica and his Venezuelan cofounder, Roger Piñate, also sits on the London board.
Another board member of SGO is DLA Piper global CEO Sir Nigel Knowles. In another one of those strange coincidences the husband to Kamala Harris, Douglas C. Emhoff, is a partner at DLA Piper.
The Smartmatic US chairman is Peter Neffenger, who was just appointed to Joe Biden’s Transition Team. Neffenger was previously TSA head in the Obama Administration.
Also on the USA Smartmatic board is Gracia Hillman, who was Chairman of the US Election Assistance Commission from 2003 to 2010 under Bush Jr. and Obama.
In 2010, Smartmatic-controlled Sequoia Voting Systems, aka SVS Inc., was acquired by the Canadian Dominion Voting Systems. To make this is into an all-American company, it was owned by NY based Staple Street Capital. Several board members of Staple Street came from the Bush-affiliated private equity giant, Carlyle Group Partners.
William Kennard, former Managing Director of the Carlyle Group, and former EU Ambassador under Obama and FCC chairman under Clinton.
Hootan Yaghoobzadeh and Stephen D. Owens also have past ties to the Carlyle Group.
In 2007, the California Secretary of State decertified Sequoia voting machines in the state election, declaring that the Sequoia voting machines allow the “insertion of a Trojan program via a malicious USB removable storage media device that could modify ballot definitions and results” that could “shift votes from one candidate to another and [the shift] was not detectable on the voter verifiable paper audit trail”: https://journal-neo.org/2020/11/23/the-m...ion-fraud/
