Eric Clapton, 76, cancels shows over ‘Covid’ after calling vaccines ‘mass hypnosis’: (1) He DOESN’T have ‘Covid’ – he tested positive with a test not testing for it; (2) Even if he had the fake vaccines DON’T WORK
Eric Clapton has postponed two gigs in Europe after falling sick with Covid-19.
The Tears In Heaven singer, 76, was forced to cancel shows in Zurich and Milan, due to take place on May 20 and 21 respectively, as he is ‘suffering’ with the virus.
Clapton – who previously described vaccine mandates as ‘mass hypnosis’ – is expected to reschedule the shows for later in the year.
The singer’s team made the announcement this week while admitting it was ‘very frustrating’ Clapton had caught Covid.
‘Eric Clapton is unfortunately suffering from Covid having tested positive shortly after the second concert at the Royal Albert Hall,’ they wrote in a statement.
‘He has been told by his medical advisors that if he were to resume traveling and performing too soon, it could substantially delay his full recovery.’
The statement, posted to Facebook, went on: ‘Eric is also anxious to avoid passing on any infection to any of his band, crew, Promoters, their staff and of course the fans.’
They added that it was ‘very frustrating’ that the musician avoided Covid during lockdown and when there were travel restrictions in place, writing that ‘Eric should have succumbed to Covid at this point in time.’
His team added that they ‘very much hope he will be sufficiently recovered by the end of the week to be able to perform the remainder of the planned performances.’
