UN Recruited Over 100,000 ‘Digital First Responders’ To Push Establishment COVID Narrative -


According to Melissa Fleming, chief of global communications for the UN, the organization recruited over 100,000 digital first responders to push the establishment COVID narrative and to combat so called “misinformation.”

Over 100,000 “digital first responders” were recruited by the UN at the height of the pandemic to spread the official COVID narrative on social media.

Although it is only now being widely known on Twitter, the disclosure was initially made in October 2020 during a World Economic Forum podcast called “Seeking a cure for the infodemic.”

The COVID pandemic and lockdowns led to a “communications crisis” in addition to a public health emergency, according to Melissa Fleming, chief of global communications for the UN.

Fleming stated that the UN recruited 110,000 people to spread their narrative over social media in order to combat so-called “misinformation” regarding the pandemic…
