Leonard Leo is part of a network that was financed by Charles Koch and Robert and his daughter Rebekah Mercer.

Leonard Leo is also director of Reclaim New York, funded and controlled by Robert Mercer and his daughters. Rebekah Mercer chairs Reclaim New York, while another daughter of Robert, Jennifer Mercer, is also on its board.

Before Stephen K. Bannon joined the Trump administration, he received a seven-figure salary working for Reclaim New York. Lying Donald's campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, was a founding director of Reclaim New York Initiative (the lobbying arm of Reclaim New York).
Reclaim New York was originally housed on the same floor of the same NYC building as Cambridge Analytica.

In 2015, Reclaim New York purchased voter data for $15,000.

Cambridge Analytica was also connected to John Bolton’s two Super PACs. Bolton’s PACS received 5 ads to run for candidates Thom Tillis, Tom Cotton, and Scott Brown. In 2018 Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint against Bolton’s Super PAC for making unreported contributions, including advertisements, to Thom Thillis’ campaign. It isn't clear why Tom Cotton and Scott Brown were not included in this complaint.
This suggests that Cambridge Analytica’s data was given to Bolton’s fundraising firm.

Other leaks reveal that "For America" used the same data during the 2014 mid-term elections to target donors.
Also the NRA used the same psychographic targeting messages as the Bolton campaign.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker was probably also a Cambridge Analytica client.

Mercer also funded Breitbart News, where Trump chief strategist Steve Bannon worked.
Because of all the controversy of Cambridge Analytica collaborating with Facebook to illegally violate our privacy to rig the 2016 US election, both Cambridge Analytica and its parent company SCL Group were dissolved.
They simply continued their manipulative practices under newly founded companies.

While Robert Mercer is often named as the biggest funder and controller of Cambridge Analytica, in reality it is a subsidairy of the SCL Group. Vincent Tchenguiz was the biggest funder of the SCL Group.
In August 2017, Julian Wheatland and Alexander Nix created Emerdata Limited, with Wheatland acting as the agent for Tchenguiz.

In March 2018, none other than Rebekah and Jennifer Mercer joined the board of Emerdata,
Also Johnson Chun Shun Ko joined its board of directors, the deputy chairman of the same Frontier Services Group chaired by Erik Prince (the brother of Trump’s education secretary Betsy DeVos).

Rebekah Mercer also funds and is a governor of the Zionist Gatestone Media of which the main funder is member of the CFR Nina Rosenwald. Before John Bolton became National Security Advisor to President Donald he was chairman of Gatestone.
