Requesting A Certified Copy of your case file - for example, Council Tax

All good i, hope and enjoying this amazing day;

A certified copy of your case file eh?

What does that mean to you?

Well every case is different but let's say council tax for instance;

Request a Certified Copy of the Case File, it is your right in law,

But they do not have one as there is no case???

So this is court proof, certified proof that the court have behaved fraudulently;

Now what though?

Or hearsay evidence etc;

Well what it means is that only evidence that can be proven as fact by

a person (yes a person) with first hand knowledge of the facts and the case

may give this evidence;

That evidence could be in an affidavit or in a court "This is True"

So a solicitor who try to gives evidence at your trial has ZERO knowledge

of the facts of the case, never mind first hand knowledge;

That means they cannot present any evidence, they just hope you do not know this;

Imagine a speeding ticket and you go to court, WHO has the first hand

knowledge of the case?

A camera? Seriously?

Can anyone bring the camera in and ask questions of the camera?

No first hand knowledge???

You say "Objection your honour, that is hearsay"

Case dismissed
