The thing about 9/11 is that if you take each individual event that happened that day separately then it makes perfect sense. When you try to join them all together they don't fit perfectly.
This is a key indicator that the whole day was too big to be organised by one small team, and that it was either done by a small team who had to break each event down into smaller chunks, or by several teams who were working independently.
