It's 6,000 years since Adam was cast out of the garden. The six days of creation are six Hebrew 'yoms' which means indeterminate periods of time. Probably not billions of years, as that fits in with evolution. The anti christ is the Roman pope who claims he is the Holy father which is a title which belongs to God alone. Adam and Eve were not the only people on the earth either.
