Donald’s and the SCL Group’s spin doctor Steve Bannon has been arrested for taking $1 million from a crowd-funded border wall campaign, and spending hundreds of thousands on “expenses”.

Prosecutors charged Bannon, Kolfage and 2 others with defrauding hundreds of thousands of people out of $25 million in donations for the wall.

The “We Build The Wall” scam was started in February 2019, by amongst others Bannon, Kolfage and attorney Kris Kobach.
They repeatedly promised that all of the donated money would go to the border-wall projects. Maybe technically, legally speaking awarding yourself hundreds of thousands in salary and/or expenses isn’t a criminal offense (if lying is criminally chargeable all politicians should be in jail).

The rest of the wall on Cabeza Prieta will be built by Fisher Sand and Gravel, whose owner Tommy Fisher, led a “whirlwind media campaign” and paid lobbyists more than $100,000 to get wall contracts. This included the efforts of Senator Kevin Cramer.
Reportedly Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner personally urged the head of the Army Corps to award a $268 million contract to Fisher, even after his bid was rejected. The value of the contract could rise to nearly $400 million
