Steve, a world without money is a word witout skills, now think carefully about that statement, and then look at what we exchange our physical labour for, and you will see that those with limited skills are also those without money and almost totally dependant on a state who really wants to look after you, but in order of doing that you must have no real saving and no real life skills to fill in the gaps where the needed basic commodities are concerned.
Barter is absolutely not money, it is a money free exchange system between independant bodies for the betterment of those individuals, so this leads us right back to where our Labour is going, and those who Govern us by default also don't normally have any real life skills, but always rely upon those without for to be seen to be helping or limiting which is the case here.
Has one ever heard the phrase, teach a man to fish before, well this is what we might be doing instead of trying to collect or work anothers gain, IE, our loss the governments gain, while in the interim nothing is produced or encouraged to make a break away from a system on steroids that are basically a placebo.
