The Russia Revolution in 1917, during the First World War, lead to the formation of the Soviet Union and later to the Cold War. A constant theme of Brotherhood manipulation through the centuries is the creation of monsters for people to fear, something they proceeded to do with Communism in the Soviet Union and China.
