Celeste Solum: ‘Weapons of mass disruption with directed energy weapons targeting your brain – the Wack-A-Brain Programme’

For over ten years, possibly longer, I have been immersed in Direct Energy Weaponry technologies.  This form of weaponry involves medical, psychological, cognitive, blast impacts, and massive traumatic brain and body injury.  The breadcrumbs began to be dropped last year, providing details by military and governmental expert details on what would become known as Havana Syndrome.  Havana Syndrome varies slightly from two other categories including Targeted Individuals (TI), and those individuals sustaining a concussion blow to them, mostly during a time of war although a violent car accident could trigger similar symptoms.
What I will be presenting in extreme detail are academic, military and government findings on Direct Energy Weaponry.  It is critical for each of you to listen to this material even if it becomes highly technical.
WHY?
A HOT WAR IS IN PROGRESS.  There have been two geopolitical incidents of Direct Energy Weapons being used against American officials.  One incident, you probably already know about which is Havana, Cuba, and the other was in China.  I will cover the geopolitical landscape which is vast, after I cover the technology.  These two events were a shot over our bow from those hostiles to the United States both within and from without.
There is a new weapon on the scene, and I will be describing it in graphic detail.  If it were not for the “pathogen” debacle, this type of weaponry would be inconceivable to us all.
BUT THIS WAR GETS WORSE
The real reason is that you need to know the devil in the details of this weaponry was given the GO command for OPERATION.
What that means is that there were certain constraints that you will learn about in this series that held back the evil tide.  Those objectives have been clearly met.
Now it is time for a global [in the wild] experiment upon the entire populations of the world, but especially Western Countries,  This demonstration of power will make the “pathogen” seem like a cakewalk.
WHAT DOES THIS WEAPON DO?
It can take many different forms:  acoustic, microwave, or use RF. It can ride sound waves and/or light beams.
The objective of the weapon is to level your functional, cognitive, and intellectual capabilities to near zero. The person sitting in the White House is a poster child for their end goal.

[li]Lastly, some of you will die from this weaponry.[/li]

Within the last 48 hours, one child has died from what I believe is the first death that clearly bears the signature of this  type of weaponry.  News has also emerged from Australia, that at least one type of this weaponry, albeit primitive, was used against protestors in Canberra. There are some reports on positioning of this weaponry in Ottawa, Canada against the truckers ad protestors.

University named after cardinal John Henry Newman slaps a content warning on the BIBLE because of its ‘themes of sexual violence and abuse’

A university named in honour of one of England’s greatest religious thinkers has issued a content warning for the Bible.
Newman University, Birmingham, tells students studying the holy book that the module ‘includes themes of sexual violence and abuse – in images and biblical texts’.
Certain passages are flagged up as especially problematic, including a chapter of 2 Samuel in the Old Testament, about David, the King of Israel who had previously slain Goliath.
Dr Michael Nazir-Ali, the former Anglican Bishop of Rochester, said: ‘Works of history, literature, theology and the classics will sometimes include material about violence, including sexual violence.
‘University should be a time when students are exposed to different aspects of the human condition, albeit with the support of sympathetic teaching staff.
‘My issue with warnings is how far do you go before you end up with some form of censorship?’
Those studying the foundations of Christian theology are also warned about a ‘description of domestic abuse’ in St Augustine’s autobiographical Confessions , written in about 400 AD.
Former Tory MP Ann Widdecombe said: ‘I can remember when children, let alone undergraduates, felt able to read all parts of the Bible without fear of coming to any harm.’

University warns woke students that Ernest Hemingway’s classic novel Old Man and the Sea contains graphic scenes… of FISHING
Jeremy Black, emeritus professor of history at the University of Exeter, added: ‘This is particularly stupid given the dependency of the economy of the Highlands and Islands on industries such as fishing and farming.
‘Many great works of literature have included references to farming, fishing, whaling, or hunting. Is the university seriously suggesting all this literature is ringed with warnings?’
The content warning was revealed in documents obtained by The Mail on Sunday under Freedom of Information laws.
The novel tells the story of Santiago, an ageing fisherman who catches an 18ft marlin while sailing in his skiff off the coast of Cuba.
Unable either to tie the giant fish to the back of the tiny vessel or haul it on board, he proceeds to hold the line for an unspecified number of days and nights.
Despite suffering intense physical pain, Santiago feels compassion for the captured animal. Only when the fish begins to circle his craft does he reluctantly kill it, but he is then forced to fight with, and kill, several sharks intent on devouring the corpse.

UK food bank users declining potatoes because they can’t afford to boil them – reports

The head of a British supermarket chain has warned some Britons can’t afford to boil potatoes
Rising energy prices in Britain have seen some poorer citizens turn down potatoes offered at food banks as they cannot afford to boil them, the head of Iceland Foods Ltd supermarket chain has claimed.
In an interview with the BBC Radio 4 Today program on Wednesday, Richard Walker said the “cost of living crisis is the single most important domestic issue we are facing as a country.” He cited reports from some food banks that users are “declining products such as potatoes and other root veg because they can’t afford to boil them.”
Walker said food price inflation was “pushing 10%” – an estimate remarkably higher than the 5.1% annual figure provided by the Office for National Statistics. The supermarket chain boss pointed out that price hikes have been particularly evident when it comes to items such as milk, whose production involves several stages, with the cost of every part of the process rising.
He concluded that high food prices were here to stay and that it could be argued that, systematically, “Food has been too cheap for too long.” He said the pressure on chains was “relentless and coming at us from all angles” as they tried to keep prices down.
Explaining the ballooning costs, he blamed rising oil prices, worker shortages, and the falling supply of Russian fertilizers and Ukrainian sunflower oil over the past month.

Now the Ploughman’s lunch is cancelled: Fury at ‘woke’ Devon pub as it takes beloved dish off the menu and rebrands it ‘ploughperson’s’ in bid to be gender-neutral

A ‘woke’ Devon pub has been slammed after taking the Ploughman’s lunch off the menu and rebranding it ‘ploughperson’s’.
The Tors pub in Belstone, Devon offers the dish for £12.50 and it contains all the ingredients from the classic Ploughman’s lunch – cheese, ham, pickled onions, chutney and sourdough bread.
However, it is instead named a ‘ploughperson’s lunch’ with the pub’s landlord saying the name recognises the ‘amazing ladies’ in the local farming community.
The gender-neutral re-brand sparked a backlash on social media as some accused the pub of cancelling a British tradition.
A picture of the pub’s menu, complete with the new name of the dish, was posted on social media by Charlotte Deakins, 36.
She told the Telegraph: ‘Quite frankly, my reaction is that it is pandering and dangerous, unless the pub owners have done it in a tongue-in-cheek manner and I hope they have.
‘The tweet has gained some traction and people are absolutely sick of the nonsense and having to pussyfoot around because of a small minority who are eternally offended.’

Universal Basic Income Is Being Rolled Out Around the World. What’s Going On?

The law for any great social reformer is “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win”, a quote often attributed to Mahatma Gandhi (wrongly, though he had expressed similar ideas).
The battle for universal basic income (UBI) – the idea that everyone should get a regular sum of money to live on from the state with no strings attached – seems like it might be entering the final stage.
The response of governments in the rich world to the Covid-19 pandemic made the idea seem plausible – as businesses were shuttered, states picked up the wage bill for workers, sent them cheques in the post, and boosted benefits for the jobless and the sick. And trials of a basic income proper – or of something resembling it – have been carried out, or are about to begin, in countries around the world.
South Korea’s presidential candidate Lee Jae-Myung, for example, was in favour of introducing one nationwide following a six-month trial he introduced while governor of Kyonggi province. (Sadly for UBI enthusiasts, Lee lost narrowly to the conservative candidate in March.)
In the US, there are more than 20 trial schemes handing out direct cash payments to poor families – Bloomberg reckons they’ll have handed out at least $35m by the time they end if they run as planned.
Similar experiments have been run in Canada, Brazil, Kenya, Iran, Finland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Namibia, India, South Africa, China and Japan. And the idea is washing up on these shores too: the Welsh government has committed to running a trial, and the Scottish government and several English cities are keen too.
And why not? Many welfare states already guarantee their citizens access to health and education. Why not to an income too?
What the Alaskan experience teaches us
Perhaps the best place to start to consider the merits of the idea is Alaska, as Martin Sandbu points out in the Financial Times.
When oil tax revenues started flowing in 40 years ago, the state set up a permanent fund with the idea of preventing politicians wasting the money and paying out dividends to every citizen.
In a good year, such as in 2015, when oil prices were high, the dividend reached $2,072 per person – so more than $8,000 for a family of four.
What the long Alaskan experiment has shown – and it’s a result borne out in most of the long list of studies carried out so far – is that such payments do not lead, as some critics fear, to idleness, or people refusing jobs or wasting the money on frivolities, but to more secure and hence happier individuals, families and societies.

Climate change: Designers of cow face mask that neutralises emissions from belching win £50k Prince Charles prize

A face mask for cows that neutralises the climate-heating gas methane in their belches has won a design award from Prince Charles and designer Sir Jony Ive.
Students from the Royal College of Art (RCA) were tasked with designing projects that reverse the damage humans are doing to the climate and nature.
Out of 125 submissions, four teams of RCA students and alumni have been chosen as the winners of the inaugural Terra Carta Design Lab competition, receiving £50,000 in funding to help further develop their ideas.
Among the four winning designs was a harness for cattle to convert their methane emissions into CO2 and water vapor in real time, created by design group Zelp (Zero Emissions Livestock Project).

Brain dead NHS drops the word ‘women’ from internet guidance on ovarian, womb and cervical cancers in bid to be inclusive – but is warned the move risks harming patients (Not that they could care less about that as the ‘Covid’ era has proved)

The NHS has dropped the word ‘women’ from its main online health advice for those being treated for cervical, womb and ovarian cancers.
Cervical cancer is now described on the health service’s website as ‘a cancer that’s found anywhere in the cervix’ while womb cancer affects ‘the womb’.
To see the word ‘women’ being used to talk about female illness, patients have to click further into the website
England’s NHS website – which is often the first port of call for people checking symptoms – previously used the word ‘women’ to talk about female cancers.
It used to say: ‘Cancer of the womb (uterine or endometrial cancer) is a common cancer that affects the female reproductive system. It’s more common in women who have been through the menopause.’
But now the NHS website writes: ‘Most womb cancer usually starts in the lining of the womb (endometrium), this is also known as endometrial cancer.’
The move has come under fire, according to the Times, from researchers into birth and childcare who worry that those with poor language skills who already have ‘worse health outcomes’ could find it difficult to understand the NHS website.
Dr Karleen Gribble of Western Sydney University, lead author of a recent review on the importance of sexed language in birth and childcare, said she thinks ‘desexed language’ is ‘well intentioned’ but could put health at ‘risk’
She did acknowledge that there were some parts – subheadings that still used the word women – but added: ‘The very first thing needs to be who does this apply to – who needs to listen to the rest of this? Then you can give them information.’
Other examples on the NHS website – part of NHS Digital that now is under NHS England – include referring to ovarian cancer as affecting ‘the two organs that store the eggs needed to make babies’ and over 50s.
It previously said: ‘Ovarian cancer, or cancer of the ovaries, is one of the most common types of cancer in women.
‘The ovaries are a pair of small organs located low in the tummy that are connected to the womb and store a woman’s supply of eggs.
‘Ovarian cancer mainly affects women who have been through the menopause (usually over the age of 50), but it can sometimes affect younger women.’
Others like Ovarian Cancer Action – who raise awareness for this type of cancer – have not adopted this terminology and instead say: ‘Ovarian Cancer is the fifth most common cancer in women with around 7,000 new cases diagnosed in the UK each year.’
Dr Gribble in her paper ‘Effective communication about pregnancy, birth, lactation, breastfeeding and newborn care : the importance of sexed language’ said ‘desexing language’ could have huge issues.
She write: ‘Those who are young, with low literacy or education, with an intellectual disability, from conservative religious backgrounds, or being communicated to in their non-native language are at increased risk of misunderstanding desexed language
‘However, even women with high levels of education may not be familiar with female reproductive processes and terms of female anatomy and physiology and so may not understand some desexed terms.
‘They may not know, for example, that ‘a person with a cervix’ is a woman and refers to them.’
She also wrote that referring to women by their body parts could risk ‘othering’ and ‘dehumanising’ them.

Cancel Culture is “Beneficial for Social and Racial Justice”, Says Training Course for Academics at 100 U.K. Universities

Cancel culture has “benefits”, academics at almost 100 U.K. universities have been told as part of an anti-racism course. The Telegraph has the story.

The Open University has devised a training programme titled Union Black, backed by £500,000 of Santander investment, which offers teaching staff lessons including “white people have a responsibility to solve the problem of racism”.
Academics taking the course are urged to become “active allies” in advancing racial justice, course materials reveal, and taught about the advantages of “cancelling” people and institutions.
Material in one online module states: “In relation to racial/social justice, cancel culture has been shown to realise benefits.”
Examples of these benefits in the material include “holding people or entities accountable for immoral or unacceptable behaviour” and “promoting collective action to achieve social justice and cultural change through social pressure”.
Course documents also add “motivating allies to reveal themselves”, as an advantage, along with “mobilising public opinion and sharing collective expressions of moral outrage”.
The documents urge “due diligence before effectively ‘cancelling’ someone”, which is an act of making an individual a pariah – often through social media pressure and sometimes to the point of people losing their jobs – that has become a growing issue in academia.

I wonder how much stress was placed in the course on the importance of academic freedom, freedom of speech and tolerance of differing points of view. Little or none, I would hazard.

Meet some of the brain dead people we are supposed to trust with our health: Male blood donor, 66, turned away from clinic after he refused to say if he is pregnant on pre-donation questionnaire

Over nearly 50 years, Leslie Sinclair has given a formidable 125 pints of blood.
But on his last trip he was turned away after refusing to answer a question on whether or not he was pregnant.
Mr Sinclair, 66, was told to fill in a form which asked whether he was expecting a child or had been pregnant in the past six months.
When he complained that as a man in his 60s this question did not apply and he should not have to answer it, Mr Sinclair said staff at the clinic told him they could not accept his blood.
The stand-off took place as NHS England launched a campaign earlier this week to recruit a million more blood donors over the next five years after numbers fell during the pandemic. The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) began a drive earlier this month to find 16,000 new donors in the coming year.
It emerged last night that all potential donors are asked if they are pregnant to ‘promote inclusiveness’ and because pregnancy is ‘not always visually clear’.
Angry at the refusal to take his blood, Mr Sinclair walked away and last night told of his frustration at the ‘nonsensical’ decision.
The father of two, from Stirling in central Scotland, said: ‘I am angry because I have been giving blood since I was 18 and have regularly gone along. I’m very happy to do so without any problem.

Parents are fuming after secondary school pupils were banned from hugging, high-fiving or shaking hands with each other with a strict ‘no contact’ rule.
Pupils at Mossley Hollins High School in Greater Manchester have also been barred from sitting on overcrowded benches, playfighting and even holding a place for friends in the lunch queue.
‘No student should ever be touching another student,’ the school headed by Mrs Andrea Din in Mossley, Ashton-under-Lyne announced in its latest newsletter.
A current pupil slammed the the rules as ‘ridiculous’ and ‘unfair’ after she had to ask a teacher for permission for a friend to hug her after she hurt herself.
She commented publicly on Facebook saying: ‘I’m a current student at this school and I was in a lesson and I hurt my fingers.
‘My friend sat next to me had to ask my teacher for permission to hug me?
‘I just personally think that it’s just unfair, having to ask too hug your friend is ridiculous?!’
Parents have also reacted with anger, accusing the 854 pupil co-educational school of turning its children into ‘robots.’
The school said in their ‘newsflash’ that the rule will ‘further improve our positive school culture’, by making pupils ‘good citizens’ and encouraging them to have ‘mutual respect for each other’.
However, a former student said the rules were ‘not going down very well’ with pupils and left them feeling ‘pressured’, the Manchester Evening News reports.
