Smart Technology
#41
The fifth global revolution will be humanity re-learning how to think for themselves when the technology has broken down and can no longer work as any smart eyed person makes it work for themselves and not for the few to control us, right now we are one down against the machine, but it will change back in the fullness of time.

SMART technology is mostly about Big Brother knowing everything about us.
Mobile phones aren’t only equipped with microphones so the intelligence agencies can listen to everything that’s said, but also with cameras, while the SMART phone fools keep all sorts of personal information on it.

By triangulating the “pings” from your mobile phone, they even know your precise location. Mobile phones never leave home with it!
One of the results is that the authorities get immediate feedback on the latest in brainwashing techniques MKULTRA-style without the need for an expensive lab set-up.

The following video shows how your smart phone controls you, makes you an addict and tracks you: https://youtu.be/A7apzf-8jqU

In 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski argued that a coordinated policy was necessary in order to counter global instability erupting from increasing economic inequality – building the “technetronic” society.
Quote:More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits.

Brzezinski’s “technetronic era” thesis became THE blueprint for the Trilateral Commission for which David Rockefeller selected him as Founding Director (from 1973 to 1976): https://www.lawfulpath.com/forum/viewtop...7&start=30

I don't know if this technically speaking fits in in a "SMART technology" thread...

In 1975, director of Laboratories of Experimental Neuropsychology at Veterans Administration Hospital in Kansas City Don R. Justesen, unwittingly leaked National Security Information, when he published an article in “American Psychologist” on the influence of microwaves. He quoted results of an experiment described to him by Joseph C. Sharp, who was working on Pandora, a secret project of the American Navy.
It has interesting information on the possible health effects of microwaves, but more interesting on experiments on sending voices directly into the brain using microwaves…

Such technology can and is used to drive Targeted Individuals insane…
See some excerpts.
Quote:The impetus for a renaissance of research activity in the United States occurred in the late 1960s because of political events in the Soviet Union. The interpretation of biological data from the so-called Tri-Service studies (see, e.g., Peyton, 1961) had been at variance with the Soviet's interpretation—American rats and dogs apparently did not develop the neurasthenic syndrome, even after intense radiation by microwaves in the laboratory.
(...)
One of the American pioneers of microwave research is Allan Frey (see, e.g., Frey, 1961, 1965; Frey & Messenger, 1973), a free-lance biophysicist and engineering psychologist. Frey's major accomplishment was discovery or at least confirmation and dissemination of one of the more intriguing data that link microwaves and behavior. Human beings can "hear" microwave energy. The averaged densities of energy necessary for perception of the hisses, clicks, and pops that seem to occur inside the head are quite small, at least an order of magnitude below the current permissible limit in the United States for continuous exposure to microwaves, which is 10 mW/cm2.

To "hear" microwave energy, it must first be modulated so that it impinges upon the "listener" as a pulse or a series of pulses of high amplitude. At first spurned by most microwave investigators in the United States, the radio-frequency hearing, or Frey effect, was repeatedly dismissed as an artifact until behavioral sensitivity to low densities of microwave energy was demonstrated in rats in an exquisitely controlled study by Nancy King (see King, Justesen, Si Clarke, 1971). Shortly after completion of the study and its informal dissemination via the invisible college, the skeptics began to appear in appropriately equipped microwave laboratories in the United States with requests fo "listen to the microwaves." A majority was able to "hear" the pulsed microwave energy, thereby belatedly confirming the claims made by Frey for nearly a decade.2
(...)
Communication has in fact been demonstrated. A. Guy (Note 1), a skilled telegrapher, arranged for his father, a retired railroad' telegrapher, to operate a key, each closure and opening of which resulted in radiation of a pulse of microwave energy. By directing the radiations at his own head, complex messages via the Continental Morse Code were readily received by Guy. Sharp and Grove (Note 2) found that appropriate modulation of microwave energy can result in direct "wireless" and "receiverless" communication of speech. They recorded by voice on tape each of the single-syllable words for digits between 1 and 10. The electrical sine-wave analo'gs of each word were then processed so that each time a sine wave crossed zero reference in the negative direction, a brief pulse of microwave energy was triggered. By radiating themselves with these "voicemodulated" microwaves, Sharp and Grove were readily able to hear, identify, and distinguish among the 9 words. The sounds heard were not unlike those emitted by persons with artificial larynxes. Communication of more complex words and of sentences was not attempted because the averaged densities of energy required to transmit longer messages would approach the current 10 mW/cm2 limit of safe exposure. The capability of communicating directly with a human being by "receiverless radio" has obvious potentialities both within and without the clinic.

What these scientists have discovered is that the central nervous system is a biological amplifier whose output as manifested in behavior provides a highly sensitive litmus of reactivity to electromagnetic energy. This sensitivity, particularly the demonstration of the Frey effect, will inevitably give rise to the question, Are there substantive implications here for paranormal phenomena, especially from the vantage of the Soviet scientist for whom ESP means "electrosensory" (not extrasensory) perception?

Not at all a cynic, but very much the skeptic, I conclude:
ElectroMagnetic receivers we are, A light-wave we can see;
As E-M emitters our wave fronts are weak, Hardly enough for ESP.

How UK ‘Track and Trace’ Data from Restaurants is Being Harvested and Sold On

This latest revelation will no doubt be an embarrassment to what is already looking like a haphazard bio-surveillance operation being run by the UK government.
It’s now been revealed that private firms are collecting UK government NHS ‘track-and-trace’ data taken unknowingly from visitors to pubs and restaurants, harvested and then sold on to marketing firms for profit.
New reports this week reveal how mobile apps using quick QR codes operating under the auspices of the government’s COVID surveillance operation – are trafficking customer data through opt-in clauses baked into the terms and conditions of data storage services. Some firms state how they will use details scanned in by customers for marketing purposes and even keep your personal data for up to 25 years.
Through this corporate backdoor, aloof customers would have their personal data passed on to corporate clients such as advertisers, big data brokers and insurance companies, to name only a few.

Smart meters are not just ‘dumb’ but a scandalous waste of money

Re your article (Energy bills: why are so many smart meters in Britain turning ‘dumb’?, 4 June), I am the manager of a residential estate in the North Downs in Surrey, an area notorious for erratic mobile coverage. From the outset this was a recognised problem with smart meters; boosters were attached, to no avail.
As the first of the smart meters were being installed, to great fanfare from the government, the engineers knew a second generation of meters was already being rolled out because the first did not remain smart if the supplier was changed – something the public were unaware of, since they were being exhorted to do just that by the government.
Things have gone steadily downhill since then. Smart meters are an absolute scandal – millions were spent, yet the majority here are now useless. We have to read almost all of them and are frequently required to provide dated photographs for all phases plus the total, on each meter – sometimes four photos for each reading – since the power companies don’t trust customers to provide accurate readings.
Another example of taxpayers’ money wasted on a government fantasy, with unproven technology rolled out nationwide with an almost entirely negative result. The money would have been better spent continuing to employ meter readers instead of devolving this increasingly irksome task to customers.

• I was so pleased to read your article on the problems with smart meters and note that it’s not just me suffering from this shambles. I eagerly await my fourth visit from British Gas to un-dumb my meters. At present my “in-house display” clocks my gas consumption at £47,662.06 per hour – this being an improvement on the £1.5m it reached last month, with my electric meter recording a tariff of 34.935p per kWh (my contract states it is 19.783p per kWh).
I have requested that my old meters be put back in, but am told that I would have to pay for both the meters and the installation.
As a final flourish of sheer incompetence, I have just received an email congratulating me on “choosing to go smart”. They have missed out the most important bullet point. The one that says “Doesn’t work”.

• Those who wrote to Guardian Money are lucky, as at least they can read a meter. After EDF pressured me into having one installed in April, my gas meter has just been blank, which is apparently because the meter is more than 10m from the electric meter and because one is on the front of the bungalow and the other on the side, and there is a wall between them. So why did EDF go ahead and install them, and how do I check that the figures they say I have used are correct?

It was a scam from the start: Smart meters ‘scandal’ warning with millions spent on ‘useless’ devices

Consumers have been encouraged to install smart meters in recent years, to allow them to monitor energy use in real time and potentially save money amid the cost-of-living crisis. But many have raised concerns that the devices are not working due to an unreliable signal, or are rendered useless if they switch providers, the Express reports.
One woman wrote to the Guardian last month to complain her Shell Energy smart meter had become “strangely uncommunicative” shortly before gas prices soared in April – and hundreds of other smart meter users reported similar problems.
John Curtis, who manages a residential estate, said: “Smart meters are an absolute scandal – millions were spent, yet the majority here are now useless. We have to read almost all of them and are frequently required to provide dated photographs for all phases plus the total, on each meter – sometimes four photos for each reading – since the power companies don’t trust customers to provide accurate readings.

250 Scientists Are Still Warning the Public about Wireless Earbuds due to Cancer, Neurological, and Other Health Risks

Wireless devices and wearables – including ones designed for medical purposes – often expose wearers to high levels of biologically harmful Electromagnetic Fields (EMF).  Nevertheless they continue to be designed and promoted for health monitoring even though studies have proven most aren’t accurate.  Explosive, NOT easy to recycle and NOT to be worn by people with medical implants, radiation-emitting earbuds are still popular, too, despite ongoing warnings by scientists.
Wearing wireless earbuds may be convenient but it could be increasing your risk of neurological disorders as they send a magnetic field through your brain to communicate
