  Around a hundred years later on November 22, 1963, that same Khazarian Mafia by
way of the CIA, was behind the assassination of President John F Kennedy for creating a
new money system and attempting to close down the Fed.
   The purpose of mind-control programming is to secure life-long power over an individual in order to create Super Spies, Terrorists, Assassins and/or have life-long control over a victim. That preferred victim is a young child because Multiple
  Personalities controlled by the perpetrator can only occur in the developing brain of a child subjected to prolonged trauma. The torture to separate brain patterns begins at very early ages and sometimes even in the womb through electroshock treatments.
 In 1950 CIA Mind Control experiments were said to have begun on humans, many of whom were innocent children. Although, since the techniques came out of World War II Nazi Germany Concentration camps, the torture based experiments on children were believed to have started much earlier. Victim C who testified in the same hearing said she was in the experiments from age 7 through age 24, or until 1984 (20 years after the supposed closure of MKULTRA).

A few days ago, Wolverine made a statement saying that the head paymaster in America had instructed release of money to 28 paymasters. His group investigated this with very high levels, and they confirmed this. He was told the payouts were starting that week in Asia, as they no longer wanted to wait for Biden and Trump.

We don’t know what they are, but 20% of the whole value of a contract, which will be in trillions, are going to foundations. The first payment that the contract the bond holders are getting is 1% of the value, which has been right, as regularly stated on the internet. And then if the bonds are valid, as they should be, then they’ll get another installment of 9% of the value. And we don’t know what happens after that. Could be, could be traunched at 10%, but just the 1% is just enormous, let alone the 9%.

Yeah. With numbers like that, within the trillions, 1% is a substantial amount of money.

After Asia started, we believe the next two places will be Columbia and America.
