That means they cannot present any evidence, they just hope you do not know this;

Imagine a speeding ticket and you go to court, WHO has the first hand

knowledge of the case?

A camera? Seriously?

Can anyone bring the camera in and ask questions of the camera?

No first hand knowledge???
