Stop Paying For Electricity, Gas, and Water -
Utilities (water, gas, and electric) are supplied by the National Grid and cannot be cut-off. The National Grid have a contract with the government and they will not breach that contract. A billing company cannot cut off your electric, gas, or water without court action because they don’t supply it. Energy companies try to overcome this by installing prepay meters and smart meters. If you have a smart energy meter in your home the supplier could potentially disconnect your supply remotely without needing to access the meter. You can ask the billing company to remove the smart meter and fit an analogue meter. The gas and electricity meter is not owned by the billing company, they only have the serial number on record, so you can pay an electrician to remove the smart meter and have your own analogue meter fitted. Energy and water companies provide metering and billing services and are committing fraud if they do not have a contract with the customer signed by an authorised signatory on behalf of the company. This is covered by section 44 of the Companies Act 2006. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/46/section/44 Section 4(2) of the Fraud Act 2006 covers fraud by abuse of position when the billing company deliberately omits the authorised signature from the contract. They cannot legally sign it because they don’t supply the water/electricity/gas so they cannot make a contract with you. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/35/section/4 The Process - You can start by continuing to pay your bils, but send a DSAR to each billing company and then carry on paying until you get them to cancel your account. Always block emails and make them write to you. Never talk on phone. There are many different processes, one isn’t necessarily better than another. It is down to each Sovereign to do the research, read up on all the options, and then decide which process is best for their situation. In my opinion it isn’t necessary to give a talk as there are many websites freely giving the information. This is another one I am looking at if my DSAR isn’t successful. These laws, however, have a broader scope, since they incorporate into the Vatican legal system the provisions of numerous international conventions including: the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, on the conduct of war and war crimes; the 1965 Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination; the 1984 Convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, the 1989 Convention on the rights of the child and its optional protocols of 2000. Of particular note in this context is the introduction of the crime of torture and a broader definition of the category of crimes against minors (including: the sale of children, child prostitution, the recruitment of children, sexual violence and sexual acts with children, and the production and possession of child pornography). In line with the most recent developments at the international level, the new legislation also introduces a system of penalties for juridical persons who profit from the criminal activities of their constituent bodies or personnel, establishing their direct liability and providing as penalties a set of interdictions and pecuniary sanctions. One would think that out of all the countries on earth to recognize the Geneva Conventions it would be the Vatican; they are ‘superior’ after all. There has been scandal in the Vatican and Catholic church related to child sex and pedophilia for decades. There have been scandals related to money laundering and connections with organized crime. Now it would appear that a reconciliation of law is happening within the church and they are finally going to enforce treaties and systems which have been in place for years. This could be good news, and it very well may be, I however like to reserve such appraisals for hindsight. There is a portion of this clarification issued by Vatican Radio which begs questioning: A section of the legislation introduces a list of crimes against humanity, in particular, the crimes of genocide and apartheid, following broadly the definitions adopted in the 1998 Statute of the International Criminal Court. The section of the Criminal Code regarding offenses committed in the exercise of public administration has also been revised in light of the 2003 United Nations Convention against corruption. With regard to penalties, that of life imprisonment has been abolished and it has been replaced with a maximum penalty of 30 to 35 years of imprisonment. What is the purpose for abolishing the life sentencing and reducing it to a maximum of 30 to 35 years? It is hard to determine what the purpose of this would be but in the greater contest of this announcement and in the greater contest of the Shift we can infer that this will probably mean big changes; Especially in light of what D from RTS discusses later in this post. My profession was a nurse in London since 1970 (in good standing), and I sold real estate in Florida for 18 years, (also in very good standing). I never had any problems with the law – not even a speeding ticket. I paid my taxes, worked two jobs… As a realtor I was selling approximately 25 houses per month and was a good little borrower. I have a wonderful supportive husband and two beautiful children; we have always been a close family. I never drank alcohol or smoked in my entire life. When I was 54 years old my whole life turned upside down when an IRS agent and a local detective walked into my office and asked me to go to court, lying about a customer I sold a house to. I refused. And that is when my nightmare began. I was set up and sent to prison for 8 years. The person I sold the property to never testified. I vowed to find out how they could do this. So for 7 years, 2 months in prison… I spent every day studying how they did this to me and my family. With the help of my family I was able to get information on research and I studied the UCC, and the law that I was tried under. It is quite amazing what fraud is being done to billions of people all over the world. I love my family, but I was deported back to London, and for the past 18 years we have been separated. I cannot be there if they are sick, or for birthdays or holidays, and it breaks my heart. After studying the UCC and putting it into practice the judge deported me under a different name. He stated on the deportation document that I failed to acknowledge my name, so he deported me. All he needs to get paid is for me to acknowledge my name so I can contract with him – and he would get paid. I refused; I told him if he did not have my name I should not be in his military courtroom!
