Brave heart is a good movie but has very little truth involved in it's script. The languages in that scene are learned ones not miraculous signs. The reference to many tongues one voice is from the EU . Like much of their symbolism including a woman riding a beast, are from the Bible. The tongues reference is the tower of Babel (Brussels head quarter building design). Where God confounded their languages because they were the descendants of Adam, not all the inhabitants of the planet. The same was reversed on the Day of Pentecost after Jesus had risen. He told them to wait in Jerusalem until they received the power from on high. *[[Act 2:1]] KJV* And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.*[[Act 2:4]] KJV* And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. *[[Act 2:5]] KJV* And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven. (Decendants of Adam not Eskimos) *[[Act 2:6]] KJV* Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language. *[[Act 2:7]] KJV* And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans? The Disciples did't learn those languages they were foreign to them. Peter explained what this miracle was. *[[Act 2:33]] KJV* Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. We do all have a conscience, but the Holy Spirit gives us the power to follow it. This same promise has spread to the whole earth now, even to the Eskimos.
