Informed consent vaccine form and letter to care home manager about vaccinating staff and residents

Dear Care Home Manager 
In the coming days, weeks and months, the Government will expect you, your staff and  all your residents to be vaccinated with an approved, but unlicensed, COVID-19  vaccine. Amid the rush of this urgent rollout, please remember all vaccines are  pharmaceutical products that come with risks as well as benefits. So, it is a legal  requirement to obtain fully informed consent from each person before they are  injected with a COVID-19 vaccine.  
What is ‘fully informed consent’? 
A person is fully informed only if they have all the information that they would think  relevant to their decision, given their circumstances and considering their age, health,  underlying illnesses, etc. So, what’s relevant might vary from one individual to another. 
How do I ensure my residents and staff are ‘fully informed’? 
The UK Medical Freedom Alliance (UKMFA) is an alliance of medical professionals,  scientists and lawyers who have drawn up a COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form to  aid the process of full disclosure, including discussion of the risks and benefits of  COVID-19 vaccines. The form will assist you in considering and discussing what is  relevant, given each person’s individual circumstances. It also outlines the legal  framework that is in place to protect individuals from coercion and unlawful  infringement of bodily autonomy. 
You can download the UKMFA COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form here to print out for your staff to use, or to email out to your residents’ relatives, and/or their GPs. 
You might also find useful the UKMFA Open Letter, which was sent on 23[sup]rd [/sup]November to  the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the Joint Committee  on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) and Matt Hancock. The letter outlined concerns  over a rushed roll-out of an experimental vaccine using novel technology (mRNA  vaccines), which has limited short-term safety data and NO long-term safety  data. Additionally, there is no information about potential risks of interaction with  other medication or prior vaccines. You can download the Open Letter here. Your  residents’ relatives and their GPs might also appreciate a copy of this.  
We advise that you must make your staff, your residents, AND residents’ relatives/next of kin aware of all the relevant information prior to them being  offered a COVID-19 vaccine. We strongly recommend using the UKMFA COVID-19  Vaccination Consent Form to enable you to do this to the best of your ability. 
Where a resident lacks capacity to give fully informed consent: If the resident has made a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for health and welfare, you  must contact their Attorney(s). The Attorney(s) must be given all the relevant  information to help the person make a decision about vaccination; or, in some cases,  make the decision for them in their best interests. Where there is no health and welfare  LPA in place, this will be a ‘best interests’ decision, which must be made in  consultation with next of kin, who should be provided all the relevant information, 
including the COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form. If this ‘best interests’ process is  not followed, relatives may seek an urgent decision from the Court of Protection on the  matter, and the resident must NOT be vaccinated before the court has made its decision. 
At this point in time, it is not certain whether there would be liability for your establishment in relation to adverse events that may result from a residents’ COVID-19 vaccination. Please note, however, there are concerns among certain Primary Care  Networks over NHS England’s ‘Enhanced Service Specification’ for the rollout because,  normally, the liability for an unlicensed vaccine would lie with the prescriber in the  event of any serious adverse events.

Investigation launched as 2 people die in Norway nursing home days after receiving Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine

The Norwegian Medicines Agency has announced that two nursing home residents passed away days after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine, and that an investigation has been launched into the deaths.
“We have to assess whether the vaccine is the cause of death, or if it is a coincidence that it happened soon after vaccination,” Medical Director Steiner Madsen said in a statement about the deaths. 
He also noted that, because people of advanced age are receiving the vaccine first, it is entirely possible the deaths could be coincidental. Around 400 people die every week in Norwegian nursing homes. 
The agency, along with the National Institute of Public Health, are looking into the deaths.
Reported side effects from the vaccine have been minor and temporary, although there have been reports of allergic reactions in the US and UK among people who had a history of such. 
Numerous government officials have received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, including US Vice President Mike Pence. Vaccinations with the drug began in Norway on December 27.

“Let’s make sure we are clear… This is not a vaccine. They are using the term “vaccine” to sneak this thing under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine.

This is mRNA packaged in a fat envelope that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator. It is not a vaccine. Vaccines actually are a legally defined term under public health law; they are a legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards.[1]  And the vaccine specifically has to stimulate both the immunity within the person receiving it and it also has to disrupt transmission.

And that is not what this is. They (Moderna and Pfizer) have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell is not to stop the transmission, it is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health authorities because then people would say, “What other treatments are there?

The use of the term vaccine is unconscionable for both the legal definition and also it is actually the sucker punch to open and free discourse… Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARSCOV2. If we said we are going to give people prophylactic chemotherapy for the cancer they don’t yet have, we’d be laughed out of the room because it’s a stupid idea. That’s exactly what this is. This is a mechanical device in the form of a very small package of technology that is being inserted into the human system to activate the cell to become a pathogen manufacturing site.

And I refuse to stipulate in any conversations that this is in fact a vaccine issue. The only reason why the term is being used is to abuse the 1905 Jacobson case that has been misrepresented since it was written. And if we were honest with this, we would actually call it what it is: it is a chemical pathogen device that is actually meant to unleash a chemical pathogen production action within a cell. It is a medical device, not a drug because it meets the CDRH definition of a device. It is not a living system, it is not a biologic system, it is a physical technology - it happens to just come in the size of a molecular package.

So, we need to be really clear on making sure we don’t fall for their game. Because their game is if we talk about it as a vaccine then we are going to get into a vaccine conversation but this is not, by their own admission, a vaccine. As a result it must be clear to everyone listening that we will not fall for this failed definition just like we will not fall for their industrial chemical definition of health.  Both of them are functionally flawed and are an implicit violation of the legal construct that is being exploited. I get frustrated when I hear activists and lawyers say, “we are going to fight the vaccine”.  If you stipulate it’s a vaccine you’ve already lost the battle. It’s not a vaccine. It is made to make you sick.

80% of the people exposed to SARSCOV2 are asymptomatic carriers. 80% of people who get this injected into them experience a clinical adverse event. You are getting injected with a chemical substance to induce illness, not to induce an immuno-transmissive response. In other words, nothing about this is going to stop you from transmitting anything. This is about getting you sick and having your own cells be the thing that get you sick.

When the paymaster for the distribution of information happens to be the industry that’s doing the distributing, we lose. Because the only narrative is the one that will be compensated by the people writing the check. That goes for our politicians… and our media - it has been paid for - if you follow the money you realize there is no non-conflicted voice on any network."

World’s First Covid-19 Vaccine ‘Patch’ Is Being Developed (has long existed) In The UK – and so many people still don’t get what’s happening


Two Covid-19 vaccines (Pfizer/BioNTech and Oxford/AstraZeneca) have now been approved and the mass rollout is well underway. Over 1.3 million Brits have already received a jab and it has just come to light that another vaccine is being developed – although this one won’t involve injections… 
Scientists at Swansea University are currently producing a vaccine ‘smart patch’ as another option for immunisations against Covid-19. The disposable device is made of silicone and uses microneedles to administer the vaccine while also measuring the body’s immune response. The patch would be secured to each patient’s arm for up to 24 hours and would then be scanned to provide a data reading for researchers monitoring its efficacy.
According to the scientists, the skin patch will be just as effective as the current vaccines and will provide additional support for potential outbreaks in the future. They will also be an alternative for those afraid of needles as “they do not penetrate as deeply into the skin.” The project received both Welsh and European funding and a prototype is set to be complete by the end of March. It will then be submitted for clinical trials which may take up to three years to complete.
