Listening to Barry Trower in one of Richie Allen's interview a few days ago, i got very interested in all he said about the danger of the 5G which i greatly share but then he talked about the microwave ovens and the experiment you could do at home to see if your micro wave was safe.

It was a case of putting your phone in the oven and the make a call to it: would it ring then your microwave oven is not safe at all for use since if shoudn't allow the phone waves to get through the door of the oven ? 

I tried it and nearly throw my oven out of the house since my phone responded very quickly even in the oven wiht the door closed.

But then i searched the internet and found a lot of stuff on this and serious studies that say the phone is on a 900 Mhz wave and the oven on a 2400 Mhz frequence so it can't be tested that way and all phones would of course respond normally when in your personnal micro oven !

Now, with Barry Trower not knowing such basic facts and trying to persued everyone with such a false information makes me wonder now if i should bother about 5G or if it is also a whole bundle of lies ?

Thanks for the link. I know about these dangers, my point is why is someone like Barry Trowers throws out something like the micro oven experiment which is just rubbish ?

I just tested my new microwave and it stopped me from ringing another phone . So Barry was right and I’d suggest you stop using your microwave.

Well, that's weird because here in France one of the leading consummer's right magazines states that microwave owen don't stop mobile phone from ringing.

I wouldn't be too hard on Barry Trowers, he shares a valid test.  A microwave oven is nothing more than a RF transmitter in a box: a Faraday cage.  I will use the frequencies shared on this thread: 900Mhz to 2400Mhz, 1.0 - 0.1 meter wavelengths in air, both are within the UHF bandwidth.  Faraday cages are designed to shield against electromagnetic energy by providing more induction through the metal of the cage rather than through the air around it. They do not offer protection from the total spectrum of electromagnetic waves; however, a cage can be "tuned" to the frequencies in use by the design and dimensions of the cage interlacing.  I submit that a properly designed microwave oven should have the capacity to shield from both of these frequencies within the UHF bandwidth.  Draw your own conclusions

This is one area I consider myself decently proficient on the subject. I am an RF technician, and I have worked on many projects for (yes I know.. I quit my job after realizing what I was doing and to what end) DARPA, NASA and other alphabet agencies. I can't go into specifics on some questions about most projects you may want answers to...I have signed contracts and don't want to be :cough: silenced. I don't trust my ISP.

The microwave ovens faraday cage is tuned for CW between 2.39gHz and 2.45gHz

Cell phones on a CDMA or GSM network are HE pulsed between 850mHz and 1900mHz 

This means that most microwaves will not block the signal. 

However, WIFI on the A/B/G bands (2.35-2.47gHz) will be blocked by 99% of ovens. 
Wireless-N band (4.9-5.1gHz) will not be blocked at all. 

I suggest if you decide to test it out, use a phone & network that is not dual band wifi capable. Look at the wifi signal strength with the screen on, preferably while on an "older" network router and streaming data.

Even better is using a Bluetooth speaker on the outside, and the phone on the inside streaming something and close the door. BT transmits at 2.485gHz and should be blocked by the microwave. 

I hope this clarifies some things. 

Ps: my apartments microwave is terrible, and is very bad at blocking anything. BT, WiFi and cell signal comes in strong on the phone in the damn thing. We don't use it now.

I have suspected Barrie Trower of being a fraud for some time. On a few videos where he talks about the metal in a bra "focussing" the RF into the breast, in one sentence he says that it "absorbs" microwaves, and in the next he says it reflects microwaves. Any good physics/RF student would know that metal reflects RF. This set alarm bells ringing, so I tried to look up the place he claims to have worked at and theres no such place. During the 50s and 60s the main place for military electromagnetics R&D was RSRE, that later became DERA and now he private company Qinetiq. He's not an electromagnetics expert at all. All he does is recite the work of others.

Anyway, for a Faraday cage to work, the dimension of the largest aperture or perferation must be at least 1/4 of a wavelength at the lowest frequency that you want screening.

As another member has rightly said it is the Faraday cage that Trower was talking about, but a microwave oven is also a transmitter thus it has to be deemed safe, another test to do is place a house plant on top of it and see what happens.

I did in depth studies as an army medic on top of my original training and learned the following.

In the first stages of cell division of a human the cycle of mitosis is dependant upon the electrical field that all of life relies upon to begin this process, if there is strong enough interference that natural process can be altered and even stopped, this science has known about for decades, they can switch off the reproduction system of fish by using high frequencies, and this is what will eventually change things to be derimental to humans too, RF engineers who have worked for many years in this electromagnetic fog are likely not to survive their vocation,

I knew an old guy who had worked on the radar stations after the war and one of his jobs was to replenish the isotope type power plants every few months, these were needed because diesel engines and the distances involved would hamper servicing them, to cut a long story short he had problems all of his life and eventually died to a rare condition where all of his skin fell off, and passed away with a complete bandaged body without the dermis layer, here is what microwaves can do to you.

So the reasoning behind the new antenae for 5 G, here we have extra wave forms that will be running at the same time as the old ones and the two frequencies can be joined to create what Brexinski called a new way of thinking, Alvin Toefler also inadvertantly named it The Third Wave.

I also heard that Microwave causes cancer. Is it true? because I can't find any study that proves that there is some link between cancer and microwave
